Stufioflat 1 is situated on the ground floor of the main Villa (where the owners live) at Residenza Su Prelau residence.
Surronded by a beautiful mediterranean garden Studioflat 1 has an indipendent entrance with garden view and is equipped with a big kitchenette (fullt furnished and equipped) , doble bed, bathroom with shower and a private outside area where you dan dine al fresco. The Studio is very close to the town of Gonnesa, and to a beautiful beach (just 3 km away, reachable by bike as well).
All the studios ar equipped with T.V.,A/C, remote controlled gates ,crockery/cuttlery, kitchen utensils, gas cooker, oven, refridgerator, freezer.

Available to share with other guests: BBQ Area, terrace with parasol and sun recliners, outside shower facilities.
Parking it's uncovered but internal at the villa and safe.
The villa is in the countryside, so you will pass your holidays in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You can reach the village Gonnesa by walk, bike or car, where you can find supermarket,post office, bank, chemist, doctor, hairdressing salon, breadshop. Residence Su Prelau it's very close too to the sea and a beautiful beach, 4km long of gold sand. There are also a lot of amazing beaches to see all around we'll be at your complete disposal to recommend the most beautiful. We also offer advice about various kinds of routes: archeolocical routes, naturalistic routes and enogastronomic routes. It is possible too practise various sports, with your own equipment, as well surf, windsurf, kitesurf, climbing, biking.


- Animals are allowed but you have to keep them always with you and control them (there are our 4 cats and 3 dogs around).

- You will have to recycle, you will find all the dedicated bins inside the unit and the property.

-Please don't smoke inside the unit. You can smoke outside on the patio or in the garden.

- If you break or damage something, please inform us asap so we can replace or repair it.

- We live in the property, so please if you have any problems let us know straight away so we will do our best to fix it.

Bellissima esperienza

Al nostro arrivo, dopo un lungo viaggio, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e gioia dai proprietari che ci hanno mostrato l'appartamento e il complesso residenziale. L'appartamento era molto grande e confortevole con tutto il necessario per una splendida vacanza! Anche la struttura è molto curata e bella infonde calore e accoglienza a chi arriva. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato siti archeologici, spiagge e miniere da vedere. Veramente molto gentili e ospitali anche nei confronti del nostro cagnolino. La Sardegna è veramente una bellissima terra ed essere ospitati qui rende le vacanze ancora più indimenticabili grazie di tutto.

Perfetto connubio tra confort e natura

Mia moglie Sheila ha già scritto l'essenziale ma ci tenevo a sottolineare due cose: la calorosa ospitalità dei gestori ed il perfetto connubio tra comfort e natura. Siete in campagna anche se vicino al mare ma avete tutto, compresi aria condizionata, lavatrice e rete WiFi ad alta velocità grazie alla quale ho potuto seguire eventi sportivi e vedere film. Notevole poi il terrazzino con vista mare ben ventilato.

Bilocale in ottimo stato, confortevole, ben tenuto

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla all'insegna della natura tra mare e monti, con possibilità di innumerevoli camminate o percorsi in mountain bike nei dintorni alla scoperta del territorio e delle innumerevoli miniere in disuso che punteggiano la zona. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben tenuto, non manca nulla, a soli 3 km dal mare in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicinissima alla cittadina di Gonnesa ed a 8km da Iglesias. Da qui si possono raggiungere le splendide spiagge della zona, sia verso nord che a sud. I padroni di casa, persone deliziose, abitano nel residence e sono stati molto ospitali, senza per questo risultare invadenti. Anzi, ci hanno fornito informazioni utilissime per visitare i dintorni in mtb. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consiglierei vivamente a chi ama la bellissima terra e mare di Sardegna. Grazie.

A wonderful place to stay with a very warm welcome

Highly recommended! Great location for exploring or close to the sea if you just fancy a day on the beach. The family are wondefully warm and welcoming. The apartment had everything you needed and was very clean an uptogether. We were visiting friends locally as well as having a holiday. We would definately return here! Thank you for your kind and generous hospitality.

Belle résidence

Belle maison dans un joli cadre et calme car à l'écart de la route et très proche du centre de Gonnesa et de toutes commodités, bars, restaurant, posté, tabac, supermarché à 2 min. Se trouve sur la route pour monter vers Iglesias, Burgerru ou vers le sud, Sant'Antioco,Costa del sud, etc.. Le studio que nous avions etait spacieux et bien équipé, le parking pratique car juste devant notre terrasse. L'accueil était chaleureux de toute la famille et un grand merci tout particulierau père de famille qui parle très bien le français et qui nous a donné de très bon conseils et explications sans oublier les différents services rendus afin d'améliorer notre confort. Merci !!!

Soluzione molto valida e tatticamente ottima!

L'appartamento era esattamente come viene proposto all'interno del sito (cosa tutt'altro che scontata..). Molto carino e confortevole perfetto per una coppia. Assolutamente da consigliare per due motivi: 1) Posizione ottimale per chi non vuole stare fisso su una spiaggia ma ha intenzione di girare il più possibile la zona. 2) I proprietari sono molto presenti e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Nel caso in cui non riuscissi a tornarci personalmente sarà certamente il primo dei suggerimenti da dare a coloro che ne avranno la necessità!

Consigliatissimo!

L'alloggio è stato perfetto. Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, base ottimale per visitare quella zona della Sardegna. Il posto si trova a meno di 5 minuti dalla spiaggia (che tra l'altro è un ottimo spot per fare surf). Infine ho apprezzato l'accoglienza di Valentina, Andrea e famiglia: non vi faranno mancare nulla e vi daranno utilissimi consigli per meglio esplorare la zona.

Sentirsi a casa

All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza, ma era solo l'inizio ! Da subito siamo entrati in sintonia con tutta la famiglia; il padre Giulio, ottimo conversatore e gran conoscitore della Sardegna e dei Sardi, la madre Gemma, deliziosa regina della casa e i figli Andrea e Valentina simpaticissimi e dai molti interessi. E comunque tutti molto cortesi e disponibili. Piacevolissima la compagnia dei tre cani, dei gatti e delle tre tartarughe. La struttura è assolutamente accogliente, ventilata e fornita di ogni comfort, l'ampio giardino offre la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, all'ombra delle palme o di prendere il sole sul solarium. Nella zona sono presenti innumerevoli siti archeologici di epoca Nuragica e necropoli che, grazie alle LEZIONI DI STORIA tenute da Giulio, abbiamo vissuto con molto interesse. Per quanto riguarda il mare e le spiagge, è inutile che vi dica che sono strepitose come le strade che le collegano; una vera goduria per i BIKERS !!!!! W LA SARDEGNA !!! W I SARDI !!! Das Objekt umfasst mehrere Ferienwohnungen, hier die Bewertung für die Wohnung mit Aufenthaltsraum nebst 2 Schlafzimmern. Ausstattung: Bescheiden-passabel. Es gibt zusätzliche mehrere Wohnungen im Anwesen, somit auch ggf. für Gruppe geeignet. Umgebung: Sehr viel Platz, für Kinder recht gut geeignet (Bauernhof). Lage: Einzelgehöft. Völlig ruhig. Eigenes Fahrzeug sehr zu empfehlen. Nächster Ort (Girasole) per PKW in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen / Strand ebenfalls nicht all zu weit - zu Fuß wohl möglich, aber schon mühsam. Wirtsleute: Überaus freundlich / hilfsbereit. Zumindest Grundkenntnisse der italienischen Sprache unbedingt empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Sehr günstig Zumindest außerhalb der Hochsaison beliebige Vermietung, i.e. nicht nur jeweils für ganze Woche Stand: April 2015

Das Objekt umfasst mehrere Ferienwohnungen, hier die Bewertung für die Wohnung mit Küche/Wohnzimmer nebst 2 Schlafzimmern. Diese Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, damit etwas düster, nur kleine Fenster. Die Terrasse ebenfalls etwas düster, was im Hochsommer wiederum durchaus vorteilhaft sein kann. Ausstattung: Recht passabel. Internetanschluss vorhanden, hat allerdings aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht funktioniert. Es gibt zusätzliche mehrere Einzimmer-Wohnungen, somit auch für ggf. Gruppe geeignet. Umgebung: Sehr viel Platz, für Kinder recht gut geeignet. Lage: Sehr ruhig trotz naher Lage an Hauptstraße , sehr gute Verkehranbindung. Eigenes Fahrzeug sehr zu empfehlen, aber zumindest zum Einkauf nicht unbedingt notwendig. Nächster Ort (Gonnesa) / Strand per PKW in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wirtsleute: Sehr freundlich / hilfsbereit. Zumindest Grundkenntnisse der italienischen Sprache sehr empfehlenswert. Roof terrace with wonderful sunsets. Close to beaches, Portescuso, 10 minutes away was our favourite, mountains to the north and many historical sites. Less than one hour from Cagliari. A really comfortable and relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of the island.

Valentina is a Make Up Artist, she loves traveling and she's the booking manager.
Andrea has a passion for 4x4, he loves visiting the most isolated beaches only reachable with his Patrol, or going to the mountains.
Daddy loves the incredible history of Sardinia, and visiting all the archeological and mine sites in our area, he will definitely fascinate you with his stories about Sardinia.
Mum loves beaches and sea, walking in the countryside and seeking for mushrooms! She's an amazing will have to give a try to her home made Mirto!
