Property was clean the only problem was very noisy air conditioning unit fan never turned off all night however I was informed the owner is in the process of changing the air conditioning unit after we leave everything else was excellent

Schönes Appartement mit Blick auf den schönen Pool.

Sehr ordentliches Appartement mit allem Eingerichtet was man benötigt für 4 Personen. Zwei gute Klimaanlagen , Balkon etwas klein aber auf der Schattenseite mit Blick auf den Pool. In der Nähe französischer Bäcker und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen sowie kleine Restaurants. Das Meer ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt , bei Flut ist der Strand überspült! Also auf die Gezeiten achten! Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt,und komme gern wieder! Vielen Dank an Natalie es Grüsst Achim

Place for Thais.

The apartment is old, north of the city. Nearly no entertainment, with a child there is nothing to do. The center needs to get to 2 singteo, as on a normal beach. The sea is very dirty, you can not swim. No internet. There is also no place for food, you will have to cook. The only plus I think is the pool. On the weekend comes a bunch of Thais from Bangkok in the pool there is no living place to swim. Very noisy. I think the price is too high for this place. The apartment needs repair!

The apartment has been repair in 2009. There are several restaurants the other side of the streett. The sea is not dirty but the sand is not white It indicate about the internet The price is a little more than a guesthouse. I’m surprise about this because this custumers have sprent the 2 first days sending me messages to ask everything about everything For kids there is a waterpark. And what this have to do with mycondo. If you want a lot of things to do with kids next time go to walt Disney

Great Condo

This condo was great for our stay in Hua Hin. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the pool area as well. The location is nice too because it's a little outside the main hustle and bustle of town, but still close enough to be convenient. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in this area. Thanks Nathalie!

très agréable séjour dans une résidence de qualité et un appartement atypique, aménagé avec goût

L' appartement se trouve dans une résidence hôtelière calme ( mi hôtel mi appartements) de qualité. cette résidence entoure un ensemble piscine et bains pour enfants ainsi qu'une belle salle de sport ou il fait bon vivre. Elle est éloignée du centre ville mais, les transports locaux vous y amènent à bon marché ( 10 baths) il existe de nombreux magasins dont le super marché Makro, il existe de nombreux restaurants. je conseille d'ailleurs 2 petits restaurants locaux dans la rue de la boulangère française ( en face d'elle, 50 mètre plus loin) il y a une plage étroite à moins de 200 mètres de la résidence qui permet de belles balades tranquilles et qui permet d'observer les pêcheurs locaux. la résidence se trouve a proximité d'une route très passante mais dont le trafic devrait très sérieusement se réduire, une nouvelle route en construction sera très bientôt terminée. Concernant l'appartement, il est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour y bien vivre, en couple ou avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Pour les francophones, il y a TV5. J'ai pu rencontrer Nathalie notre très charmante hôte, n' hésitez surtout pas a la solliciter, elle est de très bon conseil.

très agréable séjour, bonne surprise

Très joli appartement atypique aménagé avec gout et confort dans une résidence hotel/condo de qualité et calme. Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais les moyens de transports locaux sont peu coûteux. jolie piscine et aménagements autours confortables. La propriétaire, en plus d'être très charmante ( j'ai fais sa connaissance) est d'excellents conseils. petite plage très peu large a moins de 200 mètres mais de belles balades a faire. Nombreux magasins dont un grand Macro de nombreux restaurants dont 2 très sympha et bon marché dans la rue de la boulangerie Française trottoir en Face. Une excellente adresse a retenir, d'autant plus que la grande route en face de la résidence devrait perdre une grande partie de son traffic dans quelques mois. Merci beaucoup Nathalie.

Complexe agréable par sa piscine mais reste éloigné du centre ville et des plages. Site calme et reposant. Prise de contact par la propriétaire, antérieure à notre séjour pour nous guider et nous donner plein d infos sur les environs. Très disponible et à l écoute. Le wifi est restreint : uniquement devant le bureau d accueil. Très bon compromis au vue du tarif proposé !

"Very clean, quiet, fully equipped and pleasant condo just north of Hua Hin with an excellent pool for our 2 children of 3 and 5 years. Especially the pool slides were fantastic. Also very quick and useful communication with owner Nathalie.We loved to visit the night market and the beach behind Sofitel. Our favourite daytrip was to Petchaburi and Khao Luang, one of the most mystical places we have visited in Thailand. You will enjoy a perfect holiday at this place!"

"Pas de connection internet :Il y en a une à la réception et ce gratuite et pour l'avoir dans le condo il suffit d'acheter une carte ce qui est écrit dans le descriptif. Plage loin: la mer est à 200 m mais la plage de Hua Hin est 4km ce qui est aussi indiqué dans l'annonce et que je spécifie toujours. Resto inexistant: il y en a 1 dans le complexe, un autre droit l'autre coté de la route et un autre à 100 m."

"Appartement tres agreable et confortable. L'appartement est tres bien equipe pour y sejourner. La residence est tres calme et elle dispose de tout le confort : Piscine + centre de fitness. Pas de souci pour les deplacements en centre-ville de Hua-Hin avec taxis ou mobylette."
