Please use a coaster on wood surfaces. We have a lot of really nice furniture and require coasters to be used at all times.
Please remove your shoes in the house. It is very muddy in the mountains and we have white/light carpets that can easily get dirty.

Great place. Perfect location close to Vail Village and all the mountain golf. Great neighborhood for a walk and kiddos.

Our host, Amanda, was easily reachable once we arrived. The amenities were above and beyond, and exactly as advertised by the photos posted. Kitchen was well-stocked for those who want to cook. WiFi was easy to connect to. King size beds in all rooms were very comfortable. Location is right off highway 6, making it very easy to get to Beaver Creek & Vail ski areas. Walmart is 3 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths, as well. Would highly recommend this property, and especially its host, Amanda.

We live between Denver and Avon so we rent our home in Avon when we are not able to be up there. We love spending time in Avon in both the summer and winter. In the summer, we love mountain biking, hiking and spending time at the EagleVail community pool. In the winter, we spend as much time as we can skiing at both Beaver Creek and Vail.

Why they chose this property

EagleVail is a wonderful community that has amazing amenities and friendly neighbors. It is the best of both worlds in that it is in between Vail and Beaver Creek so we can easily get to which ever mountain/village we feel like going to that day.

What makes this property unique

Our house has 4 rooms each with a king bed, a perfect retreat for 4 couples to enjoy individual space. It also has an expansive living room with beautiful mountain views that provides amble space for spending time with everyone.
