Our stay in the villa in Saint Jeannet was exceptional! The host, Dominique, was very friendly, and informative. The villa was lovely, and the surroundings were remarkable! We were 10 friends staying together and we were all very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend!

We all had a great stay at Villa Zen (party of 9)The views from the property are amazing and the village has all the amenities you need. Great restaurants (especially Table des Baous) bakery and mini supermarket. Although streets are narrow, we managed with a large car no problem. Communication from host was great and we would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful view

We had a nice stay with with a lot of space for the whole family. Dominique was very kind and helpful and organised pizza for us the first night, when we arrived late at night.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location. The house was extremely well equipped and close to local amenities including smallbakery and butchers. There are also a few lovely local restaurants. Dominique was an attentive host and we were welcomed by Marie who ensured we knew how everything worked. Highly recommend.

Lovely view

Very nice stay with a magnificent view, a lovely pool and easy communication with Dominique. The only downside was that only four of the six rooms have aircondition.

Our group of 6 friends had a very relaxing stay at Dominique's vacation home. The view was breathtaking! It was a very quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, and we enjoyed having our meals outside. The only difficulty was the narrow road going up to the house. We had a seven seater Peugeot, and it was a challenge for a not so talented driver like me. Just make sure not to get a car larger than that, and it will be fine!Saint Paul de Vence was very close and we strongly recommend the quaint town!Thank you Dominique, for getting back to us quickly when we had questions!

Beautiful and comfortable villa in picturesque setting

We spent two weeks in Dominique's villa in August of 2013. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and comfortably accommodated three families with kids. The views from the large decks are breathtaking and we were able to eat outside every day during our vacation. The pool area is fenced off which was a must for our younger children. Bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance, and the area has excellent hiking trails. It was a pleasure to deal with Dominique and we would gladly stay here when we next return to this area.

it is a great pleasure to read such an appreciation and it is true that the villa is located in a wonderfull place that help you to be zen during all your stay. The heavy terrace where you live every day is very confortable and permit to big families to live here, eat ,rest, cook, have a drink in sofa, play with childrens all together. I received this summer for the first time 4 families coming from America and they all enjoyed their stay in St Jeannet, so particular and authentic village on the french riviera

Breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful week in this villa, a group of 10 (adults, teens & children). There was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The outdoor space & pool are superb. The views from the large terrace and bedroom balconies are absolutely stunning. Saint Jeannet is a charming little village which is a few minutes walk away. We didn’t have a car so used the reliable bus service from the village and taxis to do day-trips also. Dominique is a great host, very helpful and informative. We were sorry to leave this villa, a week was too short!

Beautiful villa in authentic French village with fantastic view

The Villa Zen has an absolutely fabulous location high above the French Riviera with beautiful view of the coastline and surrounding villages. The owner is kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. He keeps the Villa and garden in very good condition and you can feel that the place is special to him. Lots of flowers and a beautiful swimming pool. We Would like to be back on day. Thank you Dominique for a unit experience!

Spacious house with a fantastic view

This property is situated in a fantastic location just outside a charming village. The scenery is breathtaking with the sea as background. Dominique, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful even though we arrived earlier than agreed. He answered all our mail questions promptly the weeks before our arrival. Families with small children will appreciate the gate to the poolarea, which can be locked. Guests arriving in cars should know that the streets in the village are narrow and that the entrance to the house is steep. This you will get used to. Thank you Dominique for a memorable stay!

Wir waren für 1 Woche mit 8 Personen in dem Haus. Besonders genossen haben wir die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und auf den Baou. Pool super. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Dorf St. Jeanett ist sehr angenehm. Wir hätten auch 5 Sterne geben können, aber die Kücheneinrichtung hat noch etwas Potential. Der sehr nette Vermieter möchte dies aber demnächst angehen.Wir kommen wieder um dies nachzuprüfen!

We were a party of 9 family members and partners and stayed for one week during a heatwave in June. The views were stunning, the house clean and well equipped including a dishwasher and is close to local amenities including a bakers, get there early, and a shop selling wonderful home made ravioli and sauces open two mornings per week. Once finished in the fabulous pool, we spent most evenings out on the terrace, under the huge retractable awning having a bbq and some quality family time, perfect!Dominique was a very attentive and communicative host and patiently waited for two hours for us to arrive as our plane was delayed. He gave us a thorough tour of the facilities, and also very useful information on the local area and walks.The only downside to the villa was the two bedrooms with no air conditioning which although we knew this before our arrival proved difficult to cope with in the heatwave An ‘even better if’ would be to have mirrors in all the bedrooms. Fantastisk feriebolig

Uden tvivl en fantastisk ferieuge i St-Jeannet. Meget charmerende by med smalle gader. Fabelagtig udsigt og dejligt pool område. Ejeren Dominique var venlig og svarede gerne på spørgsmål. Sightseeing i Monaco, badning i kolde springs og hiking til bjergtoppen Baou de St-Jeannet. Eneste complaint var at en uge var for lidt : )

Très bon lieu de séjour: note 4,5/5

En l'hiver, la maison est très confortable, le chauffage marche bien --y compris le poêle -- et la literie est parfaite. La vue est exceptionnelle. Il y manque un WC indépendant pour une capacité de 13 personnes. La remontée en voiture est un peu sportive.

Tres chouette sejour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette villa de st jeannet avec une vue exceptionnelle, grande terrasse qui ne demande qu à prolonger les soirees en famille! Belle et grande piscine non chauffée ( un peu frisquette pour les enf cependant avec une eau a 22 degré :-)Nous reviendrons aussi pour refaire de belles randonnées au depatt de la villa et découvrir les jolis villages des environs.
