Endroit assez calme. Avec très peu de monde dans la résidence. Très beau point de vue sur mer. A 5 min a pied de la plage. 20 min du village.

Studio conforme à l’annonce, très bien situé, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel La terrasse et la vue sur la mer sont très agréables Nous avons pu découvrir la majorité des belles plages autour du Lavandou et apprécier les fonds marins ! très belle vue accès plage

l'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable mais à conseiller pour 2 ou 3 personnes maxi la vue est superbe et la plage à 5 mn à pied, le lavandou à 30 mn à pied par contre le bruit de la route gâche le plaisir les indications des propriétaires pour trouver l'appartement ne sont pas assez précises nous avons du les appeler à plusieurs reprises pour trouver l'appartement

"L''appartement est conforme à l''annonce, situé dans un bel endroit (les collines de St-Clair/Lavandou), avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis sa terrasse. La plage de sable est à 400m, avec un accès facile et un retour plus difficile - il faut monter la colline... Pas de problème de parking pendant notre séjour. A recommander."
