Le logement est très bien situé à 15-30 min des sites à voir dans la région (trinité sur mer, presqu'île de Quiberon, Carnac. ). Logement spacieux et très propre. Le : 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes, la piscine très proche (mais non chauffée). Le -: cuisine minimaliste. Tout était parfait

Bon logement en famille

Le logement est refait à neuf et est très confortable. La résidence est agréable en famille car elle est principalement piétonne, et bien équipées avec les jeux pour enfants ainsi que la piscine (un doute qu'elle soit chauffée par contre) . La localisation est plutôt centrale en voiture.

Bien, mais mal insonorisé par rapport au voisinage .

Le village vacances est bien, c'est jolie avec la piscine chauffée en plein milieu. Par contre, gros soucis au niveau des bruits de voisinage,on entend tout,WC, douche qui coule, bruit de mobilier déplacé, escalier,etc... En ce qui concerne la location en elle même, c'est vieux, dans son jus,il faudrait envisager sérieusement à redonner un coup de jeunesse ça ne serait pas un luxe, surtout au niveau des 2 salles de bains et la cuisine. Sinon nous avons été très bien reçu et très bien conseiller. La région est jolie, mais nous avons eu un mauvais temps, dommage.

Peu d'information pour retrouver les lieux. (le N° du logement ne nous avait même pas été donné) Accueil très cavalier, rapide, style gendarme. Explication très succincte du fonctionnement des appareils L'accueillante n'a pas le temps de faire d'inventaire à l'arrivée mais exige néanmoins une caution non prévue dans les conditions de location. Equipement : digne de studio à bas prix - Literie bon marché. Ne correspond pas au prix de location. Au départ, vérification d'objets non vérifiés à l'arrivée. (dont nous ne nous étions mêmes pas servi et heureusement non abîmés... sinon, quid ne notre caution ??) Difficulté à sortir le chèque de caution de la poche... Coût prohibitif des services : Location des draps : coût équivalent au prix de draps ordinaires en grande surface. Frais de nettoyage imposés (sans facture) Je ne recommande pas Déclaration sur l'honneur.

Déçus

Nous avons été déçus de notre séjour. Mobiliers et vaisselles vétuste. Lavabo de la salle de bain cassé et fuite. couteau cassé et dangereux. Accueil avec une demande d'une somme de 50 € pour faire financer le ménage imposé par les conditions sanitaires (je comprends le nettoyage spécifique mais je ne comprends pas qu'il soit uniquement à la charge du locataire). Il n'y a aucun réseau 4G dans la résidence, le wifi fonctionne très mal. Les espaces communs de la résidence nettoyés au minimum (piscine, espaces verts...). Nous avons été déçus par le logement, par contre la région est superbe. je ne recommande pas ce logement. Pour finir prévoir 20 à 25 minutes pour rejoindre les plages.

Cottage confortable, bien équipé, grande piscine chauffée, très calme. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout type d'activités familiales : balades, plage, golf. Excellent accueil par la gérante et la propriétaire du cottage.

Toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Anlage

Das Häuschen entspricht genau den Fotos, der Herd ist mittlerweile ein Induktionsherd. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Ruhig gelegene Terrasse mit Blick auf die Golfanlage. Der beheizte Außenpool ist besonders schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten von dort aus viele Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen, da das Häuschen auch prima gelegen ist. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns noch ein paar sehr gute Ausflugstipps gegeben hat.

Séjour au Cottage du Golf de Saint Laurent

Le cottage est très bien situé et bénéficie d'une place de stationnement et d'un accès à une piscine privée. Il répond en tous points au descriptif de l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif. Nous avons également apprécié la présence sur place d'un correspondant lors de notre accueil et qu'il est possible de contacter en tant que de besoin. Cottage au calme, permettant le repos.

Nous avons apprécié la situation de la location en particulier son environnement verdoyant et calme. La piscine était très agréable. Le logement fonctionnel et suffisamment spacieux pour notre petite famille (3 enfants). Petit bémol pour le réfrigérateur, un peu petit et ne donnant pas suffisamment de froid à notre goût malgré un réglage au maximum. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour alliant visites, plages et repos. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir laissé les recommandations de visites. Je recommanderai votre location

Agréable Séjour

Connaissant la résidence depuis longtemps (anciennement Maéva) avons été agréablement surpris par son entretien et la propreté globale. Le logement est très fonctionnel , très bien entretenu bien localisè: toujours quelque chose à faire ou à découvrir même si la météo est capricieuse . Séjour d'une petite semaine à partir du 16 Juin sous le soleil avons profité de la piscine le soir à nos retour de randonnées , très calme en cette période la literie est bonne et merci à Sylvie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse pour la remise des clés . Séjour à refaire mais pour une plus longue période tant il y a de sites à découvrir ou redécouvrir . Certainement à bientôt ........
