There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were addressed by the maintenance very quickly. The location was great and the unit was very clean and nice accommodations. The neighbors above and beside us were very loud and disturbing the entire time all hours of the night and day, but other than that it was nice.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had some issues the first night with the tenants above us entering our unit from the stairs that connected the units. There was no lock on our side of the door to keep them out. We notified the main office and they immediately sent maintenance out to place deadbolts on the door. Also, the walls are paper thin and we heard the tenants above us stomping around all night. The plumbing runs through the main bedroom, and you could hear toilets flushing all night as well as water drained from the showers. It was very noisy and affected our sleep. The pool area and playground area needed some maintenance as the grass was high. The beds were also not very comfortable, and the blankets on the main bedroom bed were very thin.

Great getaway!

Close to Dollywood

Had a great stay. Listing is close to Dollywood. Pet friendly and very clean. This condo has everything you would need for a convenient stay. The kids enjoyed the arcade, foosball, and shuffleboard. The office was very helpful. We even got a complimentary pass to Dollywood which is an $85 value!

Weekend get away

Over all property was nice had issues with one of the showers being slick and my sister in law feel because of it other then that it seemed clean. Parking was a nightmare really should work on that but over all it was a good vacation.

Wonderful

We just got home. Me and my family were there for my sisters wedding. This place was absolutely WONDERFUL! They helped with everything!!! The place is exactly what we needed. The game room for the kids was great also!!! We will be planning a stay for our family vacation 2023!!!!! They even called in the middle of our stay to make sure everything was going ok!! Definitely recommend!!!

I would suggest if you have teenagers and adults do not stay in the middle condo

It was very easy to rent There were children below us and above us that made an awful lot of noise it was very disturbing that that is the only complaint that I have

I was very impressed by the amount of room and cleanliness of the cabin. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. The beds were a little old and soft but by bedtime anything was great. If I had to complain about anything it would be my code did not work on our last day fortunately my son was there to let us in, I attempted to report this with no avail. We will be back in Sept for my daughters birthday. Thank You for sharing your cabin with our family.

The moment I walked in it was clean and felt like home away from home. If I had to complain about anything it would be grab bars in the showers for us old folks. The beds were fresh. Beautiful cabin

Such an amazing experience. The neighbors were also friendly and happy to be enjoying their time with their family. Beautiful ambiance and space. The only recommendation would be to mark parking spaces. The death-defying cliff was a new experience for me. But still a beautiful location. A note of what floor the cabin is would be helpful for more elderly patrons in the future to avoid climbing stairs. But still, such a beautiful place to vacation at.

Brief family stay

Clean. Wi-Fi could use an upgrade. Not allowed to turn up hot tub heat. Hot tub not very private from nearby tenants. Listing could use some details like type of coffee pot and what is supplied. It was nicely stocked for a couple days with paper towels, shampoo, tissues ( all stuff I didn’t need to pack but did).

Nice but needs work

The inside is clean and big. Can tell has been updated. There are poorly patched hole spots in the walls. The ceilings are thin! Can hear absolutely everything from neighbors. Also can hear the water run through the pipes very loudly anytime your neighbors use the bathroom! Parking is a nightmare. Don’t expect more than 2 max cars! The hot tubs are pointless as where they are randomly placed it would be awkward since all neighbors can see each other. The outside is sketchy and run down looking. This is a building of many condos together not individual or double. Laundry room is shared with 1 washer 1 dryer. Overall not a bad stay. I wouldn’t say is worth the amount paid.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great ! Instructions on operation of electronic remotes for tv is very much needed. Would have never guest on how to operate them, thanks to the maintenance man (the small one), who took the time to show me how to operate it. Need a new refrigerator, it was leaking water on floor. No blinds where on game room door, but maintenance installed it. Security code sent to me originally was not the correct code. Had some problem with neighbors, renting the units below us, making racial comments and they thought we were too loud, however, they did not complain to guest who were renting condo next to us, who were enjoying their vacation. Not enough parking.
