Pretty natural environment in the middle of the pines, very sunny house with triple exposure. View of a very quiet shaded garden at the end of a cul-de-sac. Ideally located in a residential area. Very quiet
bike rides, hiking, mountains, easy to Nice .
four bedrooms: 3 with double bed and a small 4th bedroom with a single bed. Rather suitable for a teenager or child. Two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another upstairs.
A small shower also on the ground floor.
washing machine and dryer, television, wifi.
Swimming pool protected by an alarm but not fenced.
Roquefort is a pleasant village with a lot of entertainment in the summer, cinema, concert .......;
You can enjoy the calm and sweetness of the hinterland of the French Riviera.

Condition. We have 2 charters that live outside and that we have to feed in the morning.kibble is provided.they are shy and do not fit in the house.
