Absolutely amazing, beautiful home in a great location!
I loved everything about our stay. Nancy was such a gracious host, and the home was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic too, within walking distance of a bunch of fun restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to host friends or family!
This is a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of space for group gathering. The big dining room table and outdoor seating space were great for hanging out at the house. The neighborhood is awesome and we could walk to so many restaurants and shops
Lovely house with enormous character and lots of living and bedroom space. Everything beautifully decorated. Would recommend to anyone with visiting friends or family who need to spread out.
We loved our stay at this beautiful old home! The location is absolutely amazing and within walking distance to great coffee, restaurants and shops. We barely needed our rental car. Nancy was incredibly responsive, flexible and so helpful in making our stay comfortable.
The house is huge, updated, and clean. Perfect area between Little Five Points and Inman Park. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Emory. This home was perfect for 3 generations of our family to gather and celebrate the graduate. We enjoyed dinners all together, visiting on the back deck. The house was spacious and comfortable for all ages. Would definitely return.
We LOVED this house. A vintage house updated but still with lots of original charm. Four huge bedrooms with huge beds! Super comfortable. Walking to lots of restaurants on Highland. And walking to the Carter Library. We hope to stay there again next year.
This home was perfect for our family of 5! The weather was very, very cold, but we made due with the beautiful gas fireplace in the cozy family room - a real treat for us Floridians. Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay special including decorating for the holiday! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Not recommend for family
There were many spiders and spider webs. Kids got bitten. Extreamly sheer curtains in 2 bedrooms to the extent that Kids and adults couldn't sleep before nightfall (9pm) and woke up at sunrises.

I am very surprised by this review. I was never told that there were spider webs, i wish i were, i would have had it addressed immediately. i am having my property manager over today and my exterminator if needed. I have velvet curtains in all of bedrooms and downstairs. He did mention that light was coming in through the bunk bed room, if it were a longer stay or if he would have requested i would have had them changed out
This home is stunning.
We could not have been happier with our choice of property for our girls’ weekend in Atlanta.
Truly- the house is beautiful & gorgeously decorated, with wonderful linens in all the bedrooms (sheets are important and they have great ones!!), all the appliances you could want, all the tv things you’d need to stay in & snuggle up…
The location is ideal for walking to the Belt-Line & there are numerous, delicious restaurants a quick walk away as well.
When we arrived- there was one MINOR issue over the thermostat setting (it had gone from freezing to warm that week) & the owners fixed it within seconds of contacting them.
We made wonderful memories and will cherish our time at this well appointed home.
We were in Atlanta for my daughter's wedding and needed a home near the venues and spacious enough to allow multiple activities at the same time without being crowded. The home was perfect.
The kitchen had everything we needed, the sleeping rooms were good sized with comfy beds, I was able to do a couple loads of laundry, but my favorite part was the upstairs sitting area between the bedrooms.
We were very busy and not able to enjoy the amazing deck (with heater!) or rest in the living room, but I would definitely rent again. Nancy was a good communicator and responded quickly whenever we messaged.
The cost was out of our budget but it looked perfect, so we splurged and I'm soooo glad we did. It was totally worth it.
You won't be disappointed!
We visited Atlanta for my mother's 80th Birthday. We were charged with providing a location for my mom to stay while party preparations were being made at my sister's home across town. The home did not disappoint. It was beautifully appointed for the winter holidays with gorgeous eclectic furnishings. The kitchen was a joy to work in as it was open to the elegant dining-room where we were all able to congregate. Kudos to the owner for having a house that sleeps eight that actually also has enough chairs and a table to serve eight. My husband noted there were some issues with the cleanliness of the shower drain when we arrived a thorough lightbulb check should be done throughout the upstairs. We visited during an extremely cold period, so the heating was a challenge but not something we couldn't eventually figure out. I hate that because of the weather we couldn't take advantage of the lovely deck that overlooked the backyard. What a beautiful home, and the owner was extremely responsive.

RENTER BEWARE - NOT AS IT APPEARS
This was my very first time renting a vacation home from Vrbo. I will NEVER do it again. This house had beautiful pictures and good reviews. However the pictures did not show the horror that the house held. The owner lived a mile away and was like a nosy neighbor the whole time. We checked in after dark, there was no porch light and it was completely black. I had to use my phone light to put the door code in. Very scary and unsafe. I texted the owner and she said there was an electrical problem where if the dining room light is on, the porch light does not come on???? Her solution was to bring a lamp and some extension cords over for the porch light?? Tacky and unsafe.. In an effort to shorten this review I will just list the things wrong with this house of horror:
1. Marks on the walls and peeling paint.
2. Wall in bedroom falling in
3. Rust and mold on the air vents.
4. Mold in shower and broken shower caddy.
5. Patched up walls and ceilings (from leaks)
6. Roaches(not water bugs but brown nasty roaches)
7. Trip hazards from uneven boarders between rooms and electrical cords everywhere.
8. Broken pieces of tile in the shower.
9. Bed propped up by wood.
10. Hair in the bed and refrigerator.
11. Sheets not clean.
12. The house was not cleaned. Every floor needed sweeping.
13. The whole back porch was very unstable and felt like it would collapse any minute.
I ended leaving a day early because I was so creeped out, I just could not stand it any longer. I got a hotel room for my last night in town. This was NOT a luxury home even though they charged luxury prices… Renter Beware!!

I let my guests know that I live a mile away, when I needed to improvise on the outdoor light I brought over a light for the front porch. The front porch light was the only concern from Lateefah until the night after she threw a party showing me a picture of a palmetto bug and saying that she was leaving. She is local to Allanta and wanted my house for a party. I do not believe she had any reason to stay that third night other than my 3 night minimim. She also parked in the reserved spot the entire time, I got a call late Saturday night because of the parking and the smell of pot being smoked outside. My house is professionally cleaned, if there was an issue with the cleaning it would have been addressed. When I brought over the outdoor lamp I was complimented on my beautiful house.
We hosted a family Thanksgiving here and the place exceeding our expectations. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the backyard space was perfect for our dogs! Nancy was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it!
This property could not have been better for my group (5 lifelong college girlfriends reuniting after the pandemic). The house is beautiful and had every amenity we could have asked for (it is beautifully furnished with a gorgeous outdoor deck, a large kitchen that is stocked for every cooking need, a comfy and large TV room (with Amazon Prime and Netflix available), large and beautiful bedrooms, and more). There were only 5 of us but the house could have easily slept 10 people comfortably. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and even the Carter Center and Jimmy Carter Presidential Library! It's also within walking distance of a beautiful, woodland green space where we could take long, lovely walks. The neighbors were really nice and the neighborhood is charming and simply gorgeous. Nancy was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to our every need. I honestly don't think I could give this property a higher review; it exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our time together in it!!
Return trip to the same home says it all- 1 year later. Fantastic location and excellent communication. Just spot on a perfect house for a large group or family.
Our stay was perfect. House is amazing and so many things in walking distance. The front and back patios were really nice to socialize and play cards etc.. We would definitely stay again!! Highly recommended!
I rented this space because I wanted a home that was in Atlanta, entertainment friendly, large enough to sleep me, my husband, my 3 adult daughters, and my 2 grand daughters, and updated enough to charm my guests. This home definitely delivered!! It is beautifully appointed, and the flow of the house begs for entertainment. Although I didn't throw a full fledged "party", my birthday BBQ (oh, they have an awesome Weber Grill on the deck!!), was amazing. I had about 10 of my family members over, and it was absolutely lovely. Everyone loved the house, the furnishings, and the 100+ year old charm. I'm a Realtor, so I loved giving every guest an individual tour. The beds are wonderful, the furnishings are up to date, kitchen is chef worthy, and this home is close to everything! Walkable to Little 5 Points, Freedom Park, VA Highlands, etc. A true gem! It is behind a gate, and there is a lot of privacy. Please note though, only 2 cars are allowed on the parking pads through the gate, but most of my family used ride sharing, so that wasn't a big deal to us. Over all, 10 out of 10 stars. We will be back!! Nancy is definitely a Super Host!!
This property is located in prime location with bars and coffee shops close enough to walk to, yet far enough to not disturb you. I thought the property was gorgeous. There have been updates done and the kitchen and downstairs area was particularly nice. It was perfect for our weekend. They have a nicely stocked kitchen and enough seasoning to get you started. Towels were stocked and check-in was easy. As far as the cons, there were a few that would not keep me from rebooking if I was having the same type of gathering. First con is there is a downstairs tenant. I was reluctant to play our family favorite (taboo) because I didn't want to disturb the tenant below. The upstairs floor is super creaky in some areas so that can be a little worrisome but the beds are so comfortable that I completely overlooked the floors. Lastly the 2 parking spots are tight. I have an Audi Q8 and had to do a good bit of maneuvering to get in comfortably.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The front and back porch areas are so peaceful and serene that I spent lots of time just sitting there taking in the view.
