This beautiful house of the 19th century 3 floors can accommodate 2 families or a large family to spend holidays by the sea. The house is located in the center of the beautiful fishing village of morgat in a quiet non-commercial alley while being close to everything.

Its small garden and car park (100 mÂČ) located in front of the house (not adjoining) and its comfort (165 m2) will make you spend a very nice vacation. The house is located 30 m from the beach and 200 m from the sailing school and the surf club. Coastal paths and other beaches are nearby.

Wifi internet access is at your disposal.
In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:

Very proper house with a nice garden to spend the evening at summer and enough space for parking.

Only 50m to the beach, 300m to a hughe supermarket and lots of good restaurants only 2 min away.

Gßte spacieux et super bien placé

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances à Morgat ! Le gßte est super bien placé (tout est possible à pied : plage, départ randonnées, cours de surf pour les enfants, boulangerie, super U etc...). Le seul bémol du gßte : la connexion internet (ne pas venir faire du télétravail!) ! Mais bon aprÚs tout, c'est les vacances et la déconnexion, ça fait du bien :)

In den RĂ€umen kann man sich kaum aufhalten, geschweige gut schlafen, ein stĂ€ndiges lautes Brummen, was unĂŒberhörbar ist, geht vom Hausanschlusskasten aus, da die Decken sehr hellhörig sind hört man dies bis ins Dachgeschoss

Location sur le port

La location est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©e. Proche de la plage, des commerces, bars, restaurants. 2 des enfants ont fait un stage de surf et pouvaient y aller seul Ă  pied le matin. Les plus ĂągĂ©es pouvaient sortir le soir sans problĂšme. Le logement est atypique : 2 maisons rĂ©unies, des escaliers partout! À Ă©viter avec de jeunes enfants. Bien isolĂ©e du bruit extĂ©rieur, ce n'est pas le cas entre les diffĂ©rentes chambres puisque les sols craquent au moindre pas. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le logement est assez sombre, mĂȘme en journĂ©e. La petite cour oĂč 2 voitures peuvent ĂȘtre garĂ©es ne nous a pas Ă©normĂ©ment servie puisqu'il n'y a pas de pieds pour les parasols (trop de vent certainement) et qu'elle n'est pas protĂ©gĂ©e du soleil.

Super séjour dans une maison parfaitement située

Un emplacement de rĂȘve pour cette maison de ville (Ă  30m de la plage, de tous les commerces et animations du centre ville, dans un paysage splendide. GĂ©rant trĂšs sympa, disponible et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©, et nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir dans cette rĂ©sidence. Le barbecue fourni avec tous ses accessoires, ainsi que les jeux de plage pour les enfants sont un plus apprĂ©ciable. Quelques remarques mineures, qui ne viennent en aucun cas diminuer notre satisfaction gĂ©nĂ©rale, mais Ă  mettre en regard du prix (Ă©levĂ©) de la location : - le rez de chaussĂ©e est peu lumineux, et frais / humide. Pas du tout dĂ©rangeant pour notre semaine ensoleillĂ©e, mais Ă  savoir, - beaucoup d'escaliers, et peu de solutions pour Ă©viter de les utiliser... pas idĂ©al avec de trĂšs jeunes enfants (dont les chambres sont au 2Ăšme Ă©tage !) - les salles de bain sont assez sommaires (cabines de douche en plastique, pas de baignoire, WC non sĂ©parĂ©s..) - aucun "fond de cuisine" fourni (sel / poivre, huile, ni mĂȘme torchon) - emplacement pas le plus tranquille : la rue rĂ©sonne un peu (en cas de passage la nuit), et les animations estivales y sont audibles (lĂ©gĂšrement) lorsque les fenĂȘtres sont ouvertes

C'est vraiment la maison biscornue, un vrai terrain d'aventures pour les enfants ! Les sanitaires un peu vieillots mais tout fonctionne, manque un sÚche-cheveux. Cuisine bien équipée avec du matériel ultra-moderne. Wifi et toutes les chaßnes de télévision. TrÚs bien située prÚs de la plage et malgré cela au calme. Accueil ponctuel et amical. A recommander, une vraie maison de famille !

Alors maison trÚs bien située. Rez de chaussé trÚs trÚs humide et sombre il faut allumer la journée. Les chambres sont belles et literie trÚs bonne. Seul le jardin qui est en face de la maison était un problÚme pour nous. Dans l ensemble pas mal.

Schönes Haus fĂŒr 8 Personen in guter Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, wenn man Teeny-Kids hat. Die können dann Abends mal schnell auf der Promenade von Morgat auf die Rolle gehen. Wir waren zu 8 Personen und hatten alle genug Platz. Die BettenqualitĂ€t war gut. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und nach FestivitĂ€ten in der Stadt kann es frĂŒh morgens schon einmal lauter werden. Das sollte man bedenken, wenn man direkt an der Promenade wohnt. Der Außenbereich liegt dem Haus gegenĂŒber und in der GartenhĂŒtte findet man alles, was man zum Grillen braucht. Es ist auch noch Platz fĂŒr ein Auto und Motorrad. Das Haus ist hĂŒbch eingerichtet und medientechnisch komplett. WLAN funktioniert optimal. Die SanitĂ€ranlagen sind okay. Ein drittes WC wĂ€re optimal. Auch in der KĂŒche ist fast alles vorhanden. Ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Backofen wĂ€re schön, einen elektrischer Mixer habe ich vermisst und das ein oder andere Porzelanteil. Nach unserer Erfahrung der letzten Jahre, sind die Kochtöpfe und SchĂŒsseln fĂŒr einen acht Personenhaushalt in den FerienhĂ€usern meist zu klein oder es sind zu wenig Teile vorhanden. SpĂŒl- und Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Dennoch haben wir uns im Haus und in Morgat sowieso sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das absolut grĂ¶ĂŸte Plus fĂŒr uns war, dass man sich abends mit einem Glas Rotwein an der Promenade auf einer Bank oder auf den Strand setzen konnte und die DĂ€mmerung genießen.... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Haus ideal fĂŒr zwei Familien oder mehrere Freunde. Ruhig und doch zentral mitten in Morgat!

Das Domizil besteht aus zwei HĂ€usern, die geschickt miteinander verbunden sind. Die eine HĂ€lfte ist schon sehr schön renoviert und sehr ansprechend, die andere HĂ€lfte ist akzeptabel. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend und auch die Matratzen sind neu und komfortabel. Durch den kleinen Kamin ist es im Winter auch unten kuschelig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal: man ist sofort am Strand, aber auch die GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs, Restaurants und CafĂ©s sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Garten ist nicht vorhanden, wenn man aber den Strand oder Wanderungen liebt, ist das kein Problem. DafĂŒr ist ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus mit einem kleinen Schuppen vorhanden. Unser Enkel liebte den Treppenrundlauf durch die HĂ€user: das eine Treppenhaus rauf, dann durch die oberen Zimmer und das andere Treppenhaus wieder runter.

Une agrĂ©able maison pour grande famille Ă  qlq mĂȘtres de la plage

Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la cuisine complĂštement Ă©quipĂ©e, le poĂȘle Ă  bois, le terrain de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la ruelle permettant de se garer facilement Ă  2 voitures. La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des commerces, de la plage, de la piscine et du GR34 permet de limiter l'usage de la voiture au strict minimum.

Perfect holiday in a fantastic location

We spent an idyllic week here. Perfect for families but also small to larger groups of walkers/surfers etc. Only a stone's throw from the beach, gorgeous local walks and a great selection of good-value restaurants to choose from. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. The surrounding countryside and coast is stunning. The house is lovely with all mod cons, plenty of space, tastefully decorated and clean. We will be back. Thank you.
