About Jennifer Weinberg
We've both been in advertising for over 20 years, my husband an art director and I'm a producer. We love the way Palm Springs still holds a slice of time from the 60s and we love spending time with our dog Bernice, the St. Bernard.
Jennifer Weinberg purchased this House in 2005
Why Jennifer Weinberg chose Racquet Club Estates
I have been coming to Palm Springs since I was a kid - This is the spot where Spring Break happened... Coupled with the 60s feel of the house - we had to make it a part of our lives.
What makes this House unique
I loved the way the house felt indigenous to the land - The purple on the house matches the purple hue the mountain gets during the day and the concrete floors flow with the stone outdoors.

Overall this was a great property in a fantastic location
The property manager did a great job taking care of us
House size is perfect for four people.
Adequate living space with huge windows allow you to appreciate the landscaping and patio space like you are outdoors the entire time. Bedrooms were comfortable. Office space was added bonus for taking personal phone calls inside the house. Kitchen is stocked with equipment but the galley style makes it a bit difficult to use with all hands on deck. Washer and dryer are great too but located outside the main house. Cedar hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking around town.
If the pool is too cold, just ask them to raise the temperature. At night, the lighting in the house is dim, especially in the bathrooms. However, the benefits of this property far outweigh any inconveniences. Overall, my group enjoyed the space and would definitely stay here again. Excellent hospitality from our host.
Perfect Spot for a Weekend Getaway
This was a great property and we would absolutely stay again. We were in town planning our wedding and the house is very centrally located and celebrates the Palm Spring lifestyle exactly as you'd expect. The pool and cedar tub are both amazing. The house is in great condition, was clean, well stocked and decorated beautifully. Jennifer was a great host and helped us during the planning stages, provided lots of area recommendations and answered all of our questions.
We had a blast when we stayed for 3 days during Springbreak in Palm Springs. Our 2 daughters of 8 and 10 loved the pool and especially when they found the inflatables in the garage. Clean house with nice mid century look and feel. Kitchen had all the facilities we needed to prep meals. All in all a great stay.
Perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy
Classic Palm Springs mid-century... like stepping back in time!
We absolutely loved our stay. Jennifer has very creatively updated this home, but kept the original feel with authentic pieces of furniture, art and fixtures. So many interesting things to look at... like the puffer fish light and woven bicycle!! Pretty much everything we needed was provided. We didn’t make use of the pool, but my husband enjoyed the brand new cedar hot tub. There are bikes, and pool floats if using the pool. The location is fantastic for being in the heart of Palm Springs. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, this was definitely our favorite. Oh, and Jennifer was always just a text away... very helpful throughout our stay. Very fun place to stay! We will be back for sure!!
Would LOVE to have you back, any time!!
Great street full of architectural Alexander homes, walking distance to the Riviera Hotel for dinner and drinks. Also walking distance to Rick's Café for a big diner style breakfast. Quiet but an easy drive to the action of downtown.
