Wonderful architectural home, built in the 60s. Much of the original charm of the indoor/outdoor living is still intact. The beautiful heated pool in the backyard, has a very fun colored light makes nighttime dips snazzy! DWR King bed in the master (cube light nightstands), queen bed in the second bedroom and an office/bedroom with a comfy, mod convertible couch. Full kitchen, fireplace, DirecTv, Apple TV and hi-speed internet. Outdoor BBQ and DWR pool furniture add a fun modern flare, if I do say so. Permit number: 6284. City ID: 2819

We had a great stay, but the best part was the communication from the host. She was so quick to respond to all of our questions. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The hot tub was adorable and the pool was clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to stay here again.
We did not want to leave! The pool is amazing with the tanning shelf. Beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was easy and smooth. We had the perfect getaway!
We always enjoy our time at Jen's place in Palm Springs - it's one of our favorite weekend getaways. The house is always in great condition and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Jen is quick to address any issues that arise. We'll definitely be back!
Such a great spot! Came for stagecoach, was walking distance to the shuttle @ nearby margaritaville resort, had an awesome time relaxing in the pool before hand, took a few bike rides around the neighborhood. Quiet and safe spot, would definitely stay again! Thanks again!!
Ideal location and everything was very easy. Communication with the owner was quick and simple, which made everything go great.
Would definitely stay here again!
We had a really nice stay at Jen’s very cute, super vintage midmod in Palm Springs! The updated kitchen and bath were perfect. We were thrilled to use the clean warm pool and charming hot tup. Jen was a really good communicator, friendly and helpful. Note that the schedule for pool maintenance is listed under the “pets” section of the check-in document. We didn’t read that part, as we didn’t bring pets, and narrowly averted a potentially very embarrassing intro to the very nice pool guy! All in all, a fun stay!
This was our third stay at Jen's place in Palm Springs, and it just keeps getting better and better. We were there for a quiet birthday celebration, and it was everything I could have wanted - sunshine, pool, a BBQ grill and the mid-century charm of Palm Springs. Jen is an amazing host and always makes our stay wonderful. I can't imagine a better place to stay if you're looking for a house in Palm Springs - we will definitely be back!
What a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay! Great mid-century Palm Springs ambiance, with a splash of the 70s in the cedar hot tub. What a treat. Jen was an amazing host! Very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Can’t wait to come back for more pool time!
We had a lovely time staying here. Everything went smoothly. We were so comfortable. Loved the privacy of the backyard and the convenience of the shuttle. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a magical weekend.
Property was exactly as we expected, and we had a fabulous spring break vacation. The property manager/owner was available, nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house, pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and enjoyable. Recommend to anyone thinking of a Palm Springs get away!
Owner had not been to property in some time and place was dirty and run down. Really gross beds. Owner seemed very nice in correspondences and I think really cares, but did nothing to compensate us. The fact that we still had to pay a cleaning fee is unfair to say the least. House could be great, but is not.
Second time staying and loved it just as much as the first time!
This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much! We stayed a year ago and everything was so comfortable and welcoming just like before! Last year (2021) with COVID going strong we decided to just come and stay in and hang out by the pool with our 4 year old and it was so great! This year with things a little calmer with COVID we got to go out more and this place is in such a great location!! Everything was within a mile or so that we wanted to do and see. We’re looking forward to coming back again sometime! Thanks for another wonderful stay! 🙂
This house is adorable. I loved the decor and personal touches. It was perfect for our family of five. The pool area was amazing as was the hot tub—enough lounge chairs for all of us and pool floaties in the garage. It had everything we needed and was close to downtown Palm Springs. If we come back to Palm Springs, I would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic time in Jen’s beautiful home!! The location was perfect, and the home itself was so comfortable and well decorated. We loved all of the thoughtful little details in the home. Everything down to the cups in the kitchen had a mid century modern feel. We spent every day soaking up the sun in the amazing pool. It was such a great space for sunning, snacking, and splashing around, and the kids had a blast. Jen was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us several great restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This home is a mid century modern dream!
We were very happy with the cleanliness, amenities and location. The owner had impeccable communication. This property would be excellent for families with children and teens. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Palm Springs.
Loved everything about our stay. Jennifer is a great host. We had the best time during our week stay, and we are already planning on booking another week next year.
This vacation was all about relaxing, and this house is the perfect place to do that. The pool and hot tub are pristine, all the beds are comfortable, and the living space is furnished well. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked many meals.
The property has fun decor and everything you might need is tucked away somewhere. And the pool is fantastic — very private and heated for swimming anytime. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with, immediately responding to all our questions and requests. She also gave great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely rent this place again.
We loved everything about the house and our stay. So did our pups. Used the two bikes to ride around the neighborhood and admire the many mid-century homes in the neighborhood. We look forward to when we can stay here again!!!
We loved the house, pool, & hot tub. The decor had a feeling of true Palm Springs with special touches throughout. Great location super close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and very well maintained. New bikes too!
This was a lovely place to stay and the owner could not have been nicer. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect - even in the chilly weather! The house was delightful. We had a perfect holiday getaway. Five stars for sure!

About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Weinberg
We've both been in advertising for over 20 years, my husband an art director and I'm a producer. We love the way Palm Springs still holds a slice of time from the 60s and we love spending time with our dog Bernice, the St. Bernard.
Why they chose this property
I have been coming to Palm Springs since I was a kid - This is the spot where Spring Break happened... Coupled with the 60s feel of the house - we had to make it a part of our lives.
What makes this property unique
I loved the way the house felt indigenous to the land - The purple on the house matches the purple hue the mountain gets during the day and the concrete floors flow with the stone outdoors.
