The kitchen is fully furnished and overlooks a large patio equipped with a dining table, chairs, deckchairs and a swing. The house is situated in the countryside and with sea view on Levanzo and Erice. It is only a kilometer walk from the center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Scalo Cavallo cliff. The furniture is nice, there is a practical outdoor shower, large terrace of 60 square meters, patio of 65sqm, and large garden with trees.
