Quiet and peaceful location where you will have the opportunity to enjoy being outside with 2 terraces, one of which covered and equipped with a BBQ, a petanque ground, green areas, garden furniture and sun loungers. The house is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious room with a sitting area, a fireplace, a dining area as well as an open-plan fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. There are also a bathroom with a shower and double washbasins, separate WC and a cellar. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 cloakroom and a sauna with a small living-room to relax. In the Mezzanine, there is an extra bed for visitors.
