About this property

Completely renovated villa located near the centre of Moulleau and the beach in a very quiet area bordering the Arcachon basin, and a few kilometres from the Dune du Pyla. The Villa is located 500 metres from the beach and the centre of Moulleau, animated by its shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and bars.
The house is divided into 3 parts: the day area with the living-dining room and two night areas, each with a shower room, distributed on either side of the day area.
It has a large living room, a car park with 4 to 5 spaces, a landscaped outdoor area and a large, friendly terrace.

Nous avons passé 10 jours de rêve dans votre magnifique maison. Proche de la mer et du village, nous faisions tout à pied. La maison est ultra bien équipée, il ne manque rien! Jolie, entretenue et propre! Nous espérons fortement y revenir une prochaine fois. Merci pour tout!

très belle maison

Très belle maison, parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et la déco est vraiment soignée. Très bien placée, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces.
