TYPICAL INDEPENDENT RESIDENCE, SWIMMING POOL / RELAXING OASIS, BARBECUE, DEHOR

About a dozen km from the sea, and from the center of Imperia, in an immense natural olive grove that goes from Dolcedo up to Lecchiore, is "Casa Marta".

INDEPENDENT and on two floors, with a "sea view" terrace and an outdoor area that remains under the terrace (where you can have lunch, read or smoke a good cigar in the presence of nature even on hot summer days).
You enter a small hall, then we have the living room with fireplace and TV, a new and large double sofa bed + another single bed.
The living room can be completely closed by means of two sliding doors, thus becoming a practical sleeping area.
Then we have the large "d'antan" kitchen, with now unobtainable pieces such as the beautiful marble sink, a large table, a sideboard, an electric oven and a microwave.
A slate staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bathroom with shower and a comfortable double bedroom, with a beaded ceiling, then a closet and finally a beautiful terrace with sea view, recently refurbished, with chairs, table and umbrella .
The price is all inclusive (wifi internet, private and reserved parking under the house, access to the swimming pool and bbq area), to bring your own SHEETS AND TOWELS.
In winter (from October to March) the rental cost does not include WIFI, heating and electricity costs.

Casa Marta is one of the last houses in the tiny village of LECCHIORE, before the large olive grove.
The carriage road, which passes 100 meters below the house, ends after 1 km, so the location is very quiet and peaceful.
We are surrounded by olive trees which, between November and December, produce an excellent extra-virgin oil, one of the finest in Italy.

THE SWIMMING POOL/RELAX OASIS (shared with the guests of our other two houses for rent), with walls redone in old stone, is our flagship, but we must not forget that in the nearby sea you can swim almost all day long. year, since we are in the province of Imperia, elected by the Sole 24 Ore as the city with the best climate in Italy.
The new relaxation oasis swimming pool, renovated in 2019 and renewed in 2022 with a new salt filtration system, stands among the olive trees and will be open until FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER: it is a REAL swimming pool, inground and with a new, surrounded by olive trees, measuring 11 x 5 meters, with a very comfortable Roman access staircase, and a diving board for children. It has a brand new lawn, on two levels of 160 square meters with umbrellas, tables and deck chairs, in a muffled atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.
Around the pool we have organized 2 equipped and spaced out areas to accommodate the other family that we welcome into our other holiday house: here social distancing is naturally guaranteed (since before Covid 19)!
We have recently built a stone barbecue, a few meters from the pool, which can be freely used from all our guests.

A new CYCLE PATH winds its way from San Lorenzo (about 20 minutes by car from Lecchiore) for 27 km along the sea, reaching Ospedaletti. By renting a bike in the agreed points (one in the Prino area in Imperia Porto Maurizio and one in San Lorenzo for example) you can take the beautiful panoramic tour along the Riviera di Ponente, meeting bars, play areas for children and splendid panoramic views.

Our guests can thus alternate days at the beach with others in the pool, or immerse themselves in the large forest, on foot or by mountain bike, to meet the splendid natural lakes immersed in nature, with water that is always crystal clear and fresh: a bath is 'obligation!

The villages of our HINTERLAND (of which Lecchiore belongs) are very characteristic and still offer family-run trattorias, where you can taste good "sciac - e -tra" red wine, as well as obviously our highly prized extra virgin olive oil (which you can also buy in the oil mill and Nicola's sales point "Olio Asplanato" is right under the house).

SANREMO is about 35 km away, MONTECARLO 70 km, Genoa with its famous aquarium is 120 km away.

Imperia offers you natural BEACHES, in sand or stone, free or for a fee.

Definitely worth visiting are the breathtaking panoramic point of the loggias of Santa Chiara, accessible from the PARRASIO in Porto Maurizio (the beautiful historic centre), the MACI, a contemporary art museum housed in a beautiful 1930s villa, the Naval Museum of Imperia, the Museo dell'Olivo dell'Olio Carli and the singular and spectacular Villa Grock (which belonged to the famous clown Adrien Wettach).

RECOMMENDED TOURIST GASTRONOMIC ITINERARY:
visit to a beautiful vineyard
with tasting of local wines in Artallo (fraction of Imperia),
dinner at the Olio Grosso tavern in Parrasio (Imperia Porto Maurizio),
visit to the stupendous lodges of Santa Chiara in the moonlight... and then return to Casa Marta, to sleep cradled by the noise of the frogs and cicadas and by the light of fireflies and stars.
