Our apartment is quiet and bright. It is located in an impasse that is in an exceptional site, the ancient Russian farm of Menton, a recognized tea room and enjoyed the Belle Epoque.
Enjoy your large terrace to enjoy meals, the balcony with chairs in order to enjoy the sun.
This apartment has been completely renovated in April 2014 and it has a very comfortable with his conditioning and his decoration. Bedding and very quiet. Beaches are 2km, shops nearby. A direct bus to the city center (5 minutes) is 150 meters from the apartment.
This apartment is equipped with wifi.

Menton has been called Pearl of France. This is a must see the landscape of the French Riviera. Located close to the Italian border and Monaco, it attracts vacationers for centuries around the world.

Nestled in a bay that has a micro-climate, its many hills are home to all varieties of citrus.

It is rare to find negative temperatures in winter and the Mediterranean air, you will bring a temperate summer. Menton enjoys exceptional sunshine, one of the highest in France. Even in winter, it is not unusual to lunch on the terrace. Many people who swim all year round.

All famous people have gone through Menton: for Princess Grace or Queen of Austria, Russian admirals (some with the Belle Epoque used to frequent La Ferme Russian, where we are) as the royal family of England, all attended this beautiful city.
The sumptuous period of the Belle Epoque when the English were staying, there are still many spectacular and magnificent palaces.
The old town, perched on the hill, is an architectural gem. The streets are steep and there mazes provide a salutary shade at the heart of the summer. Beach Sablettes, swimming provides a unique panoramic view.

Super appartment and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The appartment was roomy and the terrace and balcony were an added bonus, each with a fab view. We spent a lot of time on the terrace area. Excellent communication, Sandrine and Emmanuel were very friendly and fitted around us with check in and check out.

Beyond expectations!

I decided on Menton as a staging area for my bicycle excursions into the mountainous parts of the Alpes Maritimes. As such this apartment was excellent as it lies north of the city center, giving quick and easy access to the mountains inland. There is a supermarket just a couple minutes walk away, but walking into Menton Old Town takes about 25 minutes. As this was not my primary goal it didn't concern me. The property itself was clean, well-kept and with a high standard throughout with a larger patio and a smaller balcony to enjoy the weather and valley views from. The area itself was quiet and felt very safe, even after dark. It's not unusual that descriptions and photos exaggerate a property's actual state, but in this case I was happily surprised to find it was better than I expected, and I whole-heartedly recommend it!

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Appartement. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Auch der Weg ins Zentrum ist gut zu bewĂ€ltigen. Wir haben das Auto nicht gebraucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen!

Alles ok, aber leichte Abstriche

Sandrine und Emanuel sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden und uns wurde das Haus gezeigt. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr schön. Bis in den spÀten Abend kann man dort verweilen. Es ist alles vorhanden, allerdings sind die Armaturen und der Spiegel im Bad sehr angelaufen. Der Wohnzimmertisch hat aufgrund seines Alters Blasen auf der OberflÀche. Nichts desto trotz haben wir dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Séjour du 31/10 au 5/11 Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable dans votre appartement qui est trÚs bien équipé. Conforme aux photos de l annonce, et une superbe vue. Il est bien situé dans les haut de menton 35 mn à pieds du centre ville et est trÚs calme. Merci pour votre accueil et les bons conseils d emmanuel pour les endroits à visiter et les bonnes adresses de restaurants. Plus beau que sur les photos!

TrÚs bel appartement bien équipé dans un quartier calme et avec une vue splendide sur une partie de Menton. La plage la plus proche étant à 25 min. à pied (tout comme le centre-ville de Menton), on ne dépend pas de la voiture. Résumé: excellent point de départ pour rayonner dans la région, visiter Nice ou Monte Carlo, etc. J'y reviendrai, c'est certain!
