Bill and Peggy are retired educators who love life in northern Indiana, but also love winter in Naples. After renting our beautiful condo for 9 years, we bought it in 2013. We enjoy visits from our family and are grateful for the wonderful Concord neighbors.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo because we couldn't imagine going anywhere else in the winter. The Gulf is a short drive away, however, we especially love the Concord pool which is only a few feet from our lanai. We love to walking to convenient shopping and a large park are very close.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the nicest pool setting in the Vineyards and only a few feet from our condo.
