It is a very nice studio flat, apartment renovated in 2006. It has air- conditioning for the summer and a heating system for the winter. It can accommodate two people and a third one adding an extra bed. There is a double bed, a kitchenette with fridge and all you need to prepare your meals, a dining space with table and chairs and also a sofa and an armchair. There is Internet WI-FI access, a TV set, a DVD/ DIVX player, a CD/MP3 player and use of washing machine (on demand). A toaster, iron/iron board and hair dryer are also available. No problem in case of water restrictions as this flat has an independent huge water reservoir. The bathroom is with shower.
It is in the heart of the old town next to the Cathedral and in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops. A 2-min walk leads you to the romantic sea promenade with a view of Capo Caccia.
Many beaches can be easily reached by foot or by bus.
Towels and linen are provided. Rates are all-inclusive.

Wunderschönes Appartment in Algheros Altstadt. Nur wenige Schritte zu allen Attraktionen. Läden, Markt, Ausblick, alles da. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was 2 Personen benötigen (die auf Luxus verzichten können/wollen). Sehr nette Vermieterin, hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung allen empfehlen, die die Infrastuktur der kleinen Stadt mit herrlicher Landschaft kombinieren wollen, keinen Luxus brauchen aber ein schönes Ambiente lieben. Trotz zentralster Alstadt-Lage ist die Straße ruhig. In Alghero braucht man kein Auto (schon gar nicht, wenn man in diesem Appartment wohnt), aber wer ein Auto mitbringt, hat mehr von der Insel. Die Touren lohnen sich, Parkplatz am Hafen 5 Minuten zufuß.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Schöne, kleine Wohnung in mitten der Altstadt. Optimal für zwei Personen. Entspricht genau den Bildern im Internet. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfe, Toaster, Föhn, Sonnenschirm, Fernseher, Klima, Internetzugang, Bügeleisen..Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nach einwöchigem Aufenthalt wurde die Wohnung sogar gereinigt, neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt und das Bett frisch bezogen. Zur Promenade sind es keine zwei Min. Zum nächst möglichen Strand ca. 15Min. Gehweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Grazie Margherita. Jens & Katja
