Amazing House

The house was fantastic, decorated to high specification and super comfortable. If anything the decription undersold the property. The outdoor cooking facilities are great and the pool too.

TrÚs belle villa avec piscine (nettoyée tous les jours) ou nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour, vacances reposantes au calme!!!! Demeure trÚs bien entretenue, trÚs propre, toute équipée avec climatisation .Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par les propriétaires, personnes sympathiques, accessibles et trÚs discrÚtes. Zomerreis 2024 in Aubignan

We zijn net terug van twee weken vakantie in de villa van Thierry en Beatrice. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk onthaald en voelden we ons meteen welkom. De villa is voorzien van alle nodige luxe en comfort. Alles was heel netjes gekuist. De villa ligt in een mooie regio en het was er heel rustig. We beschikten over een prachtig zwembad die goed werd onderhouden door Thierry. Kortom, we hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit vakantiehuis. Nogmaals bedankt voor de warme ontvangst Thierry en Beatrice. Vele groetjes uit België, Karel, Nele, Céleste en Rémi.

La Villa Calme porte bien son nom! Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et comme indiqué dans l'annonce, d'une grande discrétion. Leur villa est trÚs fonctionnelle et confortable. Fantastisch verblijf!

Bijzonder netjes en compleet vakantiehuis op een ideale plek om erop uit te trekken. Heerlijk zwembad. Climate-control in alle kamers is niet genoemd, maar voegt wel heel veel toe, zeker met zeer warme dagen! Vriendelijke eigenaren die alle tijd nemen bij de incheck om alles uit te leggen.

Schönes Haus mit unschön kontrollierenden Vermietern

Vorweg: Wir buchen seit etwa 15 Jahren alle unsere FerienhĂ€user ĂŒber FeWo-direkt, immer mit sehr guten gegenseitigen Bewertungen. Bei diesem Objekt haben wir allerdings derart schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, dass wir erstmals nur einen Stern vergeben. Die GrĂŒnde: ‱ Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus in einem kleinen Anbau und haben zwei direkte VerbindungstĂŒren zum vermieteten Teil des Ferienhauses. Es ist absolut irrefĂŒhrend, wenn Bilder/Beschreibung den Eindruck vermitteln, man wĂŒrde ein einzelnstehendes Ferienhaus buchen. ‱ Im Esszimmer gibt es eine Überwachungskamera an der Wand, die zu einer Alarmanlage zu gehören scheint. Dies wurde beim Check-in mit keinem Wort erwĂ€hnt und verstĂ¶ĂŸt gegen Datenschutzrichtlinien. ‱ „BeschĂŒtzt“ wird das GebĂ€ude von einem großen Wachhund, der frei im eingezĂ€unten Hof lĂ€uft und jedes Mal bellt, wenn man mit dem Auto vorfĂ€hrt, zum Grillplatz geht oder ein Fenster zum Hinterhof öffnet. ‱ Die Vermieter sind stark um ihr Eigentum besorgt und alles andere als diskret. Laut Eigenaussage kĂ€men sie nur frĂŒhmorgens auf das GrundstĂŒck, um den Pool zu reinigen. De facto steht man – nach einer umfangreichen Einweisung – dauerhaft unter Beobachtung: Bereits nach der ersten Nacht, in der es geregnet hatte, wurden wir per Mail ermahnt, auf die Kissen der TerrassenstĂŒhle zu achten, die sonst Rostflecken bekĂ€men. Danach haben wir die Kissen jede Nacht ins Haus genommen – nur um sie zwei Tage spĂ€ter nach einem Tagesausflug vorwurfsvoll vor der ĂŒberdachten HaustĂŒr aufgestapelt zu finden ... ‱ Nachdem wir um mehr Respekt vor unserer PrivatsphĂ€re baten, schienen die Vermieter verĂ€rgert. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, der Check-out ginge nur persönlich und wir sollten 30 Minuten dafĂŒr vorsehen, da man gemeinsam kontrollieren mĂŒsse, ob wir SchĂ€den angerichtet hĂ€tten. In unserer Anwesenheit öffneten die Vermieter beim Check-out jede (!) Schublade und SchranktĂŒr, schalteten jedes (!) ElektrogerĂ€t und jede (!) Lampe an und aus, schauten unter jedes Stuhlkissen und draußen sogar unter die LiegestĂŒhle. Nachdem sich nirgends SchĂ€den fanden wurden wir vom Vermieter auf Französisch angeherrscht, dass Bad sei „komplett dreckig“ (es waren lediglich Zahnpastaflecken im Waschbecken) und dabei noch nationalistisch abwertend als „Deutsche“ behandelt. Wir halten es fĂŒr ĂŒblich, wenn man fĂŒr die Endreinigung bezahlt, das Haus besenrein und die KĂŒche sauber zu ĂŒbergeben, aber nicht das Bad „vorzuputzen“. Fazit: Objekt ist leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieter. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, besonders die KĂŒche und das Badezimmer. Alles ist sehr modern, sauber und durchdacht. FĂŒr eine 5-köpfige Familie ideal. Zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he und der beheizte Pool (wird jeden Morgen vom Vermieter gereinigt) machen das perfekte Urlaubserlebnis komplett.

Charmante maison confortable aux propriĂ©taires sympathiques. ExtĂ©rieur agrĂ©able avec jardinet, piscine de taille relativement petite, hutte pour grill Ă  bois. A 5 min en voiture du centre d’Aubignan et 10 min Ă  pied. La maison se situe tout au bout d’une impasse et n’offre malheureusement pas d’accĂšs direct Ă  la promenade le long du canal qui se trouve juste dernier la maison (portail verrouillĂ©). Les voisins proches tiennent Ă  leur tranquillitĂ©, ce qui a gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© un clash en dĂ©but de sĂ©jour avec le bruit inĂ©vitable que peuvent gĂ©nĂšrer deux enfants en bas Ăąge...
