Located 40 km south of Bastia, 25 km from Bastia airport, in Costa Verde Moriani-Plage in one of the most endearing sites of Corsica between sea and mountains which will offer a multitude of activities, to both cultural and sports where you will spend a pleasant stay.

The studio is 50m from the beach. It has a surface of 25 m² with a covered terrace of 9 m² and includes 2 sofa beds 2 beds (140), a TV and furniture, a wall cupboard for storage with blankets and pillows, a bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen area with fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs, crockery, a terrace with table and chairs.

The residence, which includes about 160 homes, is located 500m from the city's first shops: supermarket, bakery, newsagent, gas station, doctor, pharmacy, bar / restaurants, market, entertainment, etc. Marina and disco a few kilometers.

It is located in a park of 3 hectares, at the seaside.

There is a swimming pool and two private tennis courts, reserved for tenants, but also:

Paradies vor der Türe !!!

Saubere Wohnung, direkt am Meer, empfehlendswert für 2 Personen nicht für 4!!! wir waren jetzt im September, da war es ohne Klimaanlage ok, jedoch würde ich im Juli oder August nicht diese Wohnung empfehlen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.... wir hatten 11 schöne Tage hier!!!

Ehrliche Beschreibung des Vermieters der Unterkunft - Bilder insbesondere v Ausblick (ein "bisschen Meer" sieht man, ansonsten schaut man auf einen schönen, gepflegten Garten) entsprechen der Realität und das Studio war für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die drei Stufen runter zur kleinen Küche (alles Notwendige vorhanden) sind sehr charmant und geben dem 1-Raum_apt. ein bisschen Struktur und "Großzügigkeit" auf kleinem Raum. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber. Kleine Nachteile mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten: - kein Durchzug bei Hitze (man muss die Tür zum Gang öffnen um durchzulüften, Leute der hinteren Wohnungen laufen vorbei) - abends immer Musik v Restaurant bis ca. 23 Uhr - ein Mal auch Liveband bis 1:00h morgens, das war sehr laut Insgesamt: vielen Dank! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
