Appartement top

Appartement comme decrit dans l annonce aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout peut se faire a pied c'est parfait. La résidence est tres calme et tous les occupants y sont tres ge tils. Nous avons passes un excellent sejour et la communication avec la propriétaire est tres agreable. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent SĂ©jour

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce studio bien Ă©quipĂ© oĂč nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour tout y est comme dĂ©crit dans l’annonce. La propriĂ©taire du dudit studio est trĂšs aimable et courtoise ainsi que trĂšs rĂ©active lors des Ă©changes par sms ou tĂ©lĂ©phone. Pour info les frais de mĂ©nage inclus dans la prestation peuvent ĂȘtre remboursĂ©s Ă  votre demande si vous exĂ©cuter le mĂ©nage par vos soins. Un remboursement de la somme vous sera fait par RIB ou Paypal. Trois petits points peut ĂȘtre Ă  faire Ă©voluer c’est le robinet de la baignoire qui n’est pas facile Ă  gĂ©rer pour le dĂ©bit de l’eau. Ainsi qu’une armoire pour pouvoir y mettre nos propres affaires. ( les propriĂ©taires laissant les affaires Ă  eux a l’annĂ©e) Le dernier point serait de mettre des doubles les rideaux opaques dans la piĂšce principale comme il y a 2 couchages et il y a un volet Ă©lectrique quand la premiĂšre personne se lĂšve il est rĂ©veillĂ© par la lumiĂšre du jour Ă©tant placĂ© cĂŽtĂ© fenĂȘtre sur la banquette lit. Mise Ă  par cela il ne manque rien en Ă©quipement vous y trouverez tout le nĂ©cessaire pour y passer un bon sĂ©jour. La piscine est trĂšs propre ainsi que les extĂ©rieurs fĂ©licitations aux gardiens qui sont forts sympathiques et toujours disponibles pour un renseignement. Le parking privĂ© est grand vous n’aurez pas de mal Ă  vous y garer. Un grand terrain donnant accĂšs Ă  la plage arborĂ© et pelouse trĂšs accessible pour y mettre votre chaise longue et y bronzer ainsi qu une table de Ping pong. AccĂšs directement Ă  la plage point positif car pas besoin de passer du temps en voiture pour vous y rendre. Une mer propre et agrĂ©able pour nager ou simplement pour vous y amuser. En face de la rĂ©sidence Ă  200m vous y trouverez boulangerie,supĂ©rette, restaurant nous y sommes allĂ©s nous restaurer je vous le conseil il excellent cuisine avec des produits frais et propre. A 2km vous y avez des activitĂ©s paddle, jet ski etc 
 bar , restau de plage et transat Ă  louer. Vous avez un Leclerc Ă  15 mn de Santa Lucia. Vous pourrez vous rendre Ă  saint nicolao le village Ă  cĂŽtĂ© Ă  moins d’un km Ă  pieds juste prudence car beaucoup de circulation et la voirie niveau trottoir pas toujours adaptĂ©e. Point fort rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme,propre, surveillĂ©e et bien adaptĂ©e pour y passer un sĂ©jour au top . Je remercie la propriĂ©taire pour sa bienveillance et sa communication Ce sera un plaisir que d’y revenir pour un prochain sĂ©jour pourquoi pas l’annĂ©e prochaine. Bien Ă  vous A.Blonde
