HOUSE WITH GARDEN 4 KM FROM THE SEA
The apartment is part of a large house with 4 apartments all the same, each with 8 beds. The apartment has:
-great garden of 400 sqm private, fenced and equipped for the summer with pergola, table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
- on the ground floor, with separate entrance, living / dining room with television, double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
-On the upper floor, through a spiral staircase, you get directly, without a door, into a large room, with another 4 beds.
Outside the 4 gardens there is a small local autoclave with a washing machine available for free of the 4 apartments.
The sea, with sandy beaches, is only 4 km away. There are both free beaches and equipped beaches for a fee.
I live in the next house. Here we are in the countryside, despite being only 2 km from the town (San Pietro in Palazzi, a fraction of Cecina) with 2 supermarkets and shops. Then there is Cecina, bigger at about 5 km.
Animals are allowed.
The price is inclusive of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning.
The only thing that is not in the apartment are sheets and towels.
At 80 km is the city of Pisa with its famous PENDING TOWER, the historic city of Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Bolgheri and many other wonderful places that represent Tuscany. Here you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation, choosing whether to relax in your garden vs privacy, or visiting the wonderful tourist sites, or changing a different beach every day or doing healthy walks in the pine forest, just 4 km from here.
