Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!



The Space:

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Beautiful condo located in a prime spot close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chair service a huge plus. Extremely clean, roomy and well-appointed interior. The beachfront balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. Communication was stellar any time I had a question. Having 2 parking passes was great too. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

Top floor balcony views were the best! Beds are soft and cozy...plenty of pillows and blankets. Location is great! Very responsive...when we arrived, 2 balcony chairs were broken. They were in and out so fast to repair them I bever would have even know they were there. The pontoon boat rental was a great price and simple...we loved crab island and the small islands to the west. Would definitely rent again! Make sure you visit the pier at least once in the evening....most wildlife we saw....sharks, dolphins and sea turtles!

The location was great and the view was gorgeous! A little more information on where exactly to park (garage or lot) and some local recommendations for food and fun. There are so many to choose from and we only had 3 full days due to our flight delays. We would suggest grab bars in the main bath because stepping out of that deep soaking tub, which was slippery when wet, was dangerous for our over age 70 friends. The condo was as pictured. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The second bedroom was missing a control for the Cox box but the one from the living room could be used. The washer and dryer are nice to have, but the dryer took forever to dry laundry. Maybe the main exhaust vent tube is filled with lint?? Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Staying at Gulf Dunes Unit 613 was exactly what my family and I were looking for. You can’t beat waking up to the view of the Gulf right outside your window. The pool is a bit small and gets crowded, but if you’re beach people like we are, that won’t bother you. The white sand and clear water take all your cares away.

Location was perfect, love Gulf Dunes! All beds, laundry, and stove need updating! Floors need a deep clean!

We sincerely apologize about the floors, and have spoken to the cleaning staff about the issue to ensure it does not happen again. We did send over cleaning staff to redo the floors once we got the initial complaint. We will also look into the appliances, as well.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Instead of my parents house in Fort Walton, we had Thanksgiving at this wonderful condo at the beach. We had everything we needed to cook for and entertain 10 people . The place was roomy and well outfitted with a great view. Everyone loved it! I highly recommend.
