Centrally located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin on Okaloosa Island, this prime location is a short drive away from shopping, dining, attractions and much more! This quiet family-oriented white sand beachfront complex offers all the comforts of home and everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Emerald Coast. | This top floor unit has a spectacular view of the beach and the pool! It also has a fully equipped kitchen, and sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master as well as a king bed in the guest room. The living room sofa also makes out to a queen size bed. Free use of community laundry room onsite.

Nice clean condo with easy beach access

We really enjoy this area, but this was our first time at this building. The unit is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. If you’re cold natured, bring an extra blanket as the provided ones are very thin and light. Good amount of towels; bring your own for the beach. Grill access is nice, as is the pool. The only downside was as of 3/25/24 there is a building under construction next door. They start at 7am every morning - including Saturday and Sunday. This is not within the property’s control, but the bedroom windows are feet from the construction, so prepare to be awoken. We would return too this unit if our regular was not available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely stay here again. The condo's location was wonderful, right off of the beach! Perfect view! The property is very flexible to work with and on their A-game with getting things taken care of as they arrive.

Honeymoon!

We had such a great time staying at this place. It was clean, right on the beach and had easy access for parking. Highly recommend staying here. The kitchen is large enough to cook and the balcony gives some gorgeous views of the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo!The view from the balcony is amazing, it's a short walk to the beach, each bedroom having a king bed is awesome, TVs in both bedrooms which we love, laundry on site is always a bonus when flying, and the kitchen remodel a new paint looks great as well! The outdoor lights were not working when we arrived, making it difficult for my older parents to walk up the stairs from their condo but that was fixed within a day or two!
