About Villa Blanco:
Villa Blanco is the largest home on Holiday Isle. With a private dock, an in-home theater, a private in-ground pool, and all the bells and whistles, "Villa Blanco" will exceed the expectations of every renter.

The first floor of "Villa Blanco" encompasses the majority of the home's entertainment spaces. A 14-seat movie theater with Bose surround sound and stadium seating in reclining leather chairs is the perfect space to relax. A full bathroom with a large walk-in shower services the theater. Proceeding through a screened-in breezeway, guests will find the home's game room to one side and the expansive private pool and dock to the other. The game room includes a billiards table, a chess table, a sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar. The pool deck is complete with an outdoor bar, lounge chairs, palm trees, a 16' X 35' pool, and a spa tub. Rounding off the first floor are three bunk rooms, a king bedroom, and a laundry room.

The second floor of the home houses the majority of the formal living space, an abundance of gulf view terraces, a queen suite, and the impressive Master's Quarters. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a Thermador Professional gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, an icemaker, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, and a trash compactor. Two pantries service the large kitchen. The traditional dining room features a hand painted mural on the walls and ceilings, a round table that seats eight, and windows that open to a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additional seating is available for ten on the opposite side of the kitchen, in the dining area nearest the living room. The living room features a wet bar, a large flat screen TV, a grand piano, gulf views, and a fireplace. Off the open living room lay three balconies. Each balcony provides a different perspective – some overlook Holiday Isle and the lagoon while others show off beautiful views of the Gulf. The large balcony overlooking the front of the property provides outdoor seating and unimpeded views of the jewel toned Gulf. Two expansive balconies overlooking the rear of the property provide views of the lagoon and the large, private pool.

Also located on the second floor, the Master Quarters accommodate two with a King bed, a flat screen TV, and electronic curtains that part to reveal unimpeded views of the gulf. The master suite features a sitting area where guests can recline and enjoy the spectacular views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The lavish lifestyle carries through to the Master Quarters' two Master Baths. The his-and-her facilities provide a massive walk-in closet, a jetted tub, two stand-alone shower (one of which is a steam shower), flat screen TVs, a bidet, and a full laundry room. Off of the laundry room is a queen mother-in-law suite.

The third floor of the estate is home to three king suites, two queen suites, and additional balcony space. The third floor entertainment area includes seating for eight, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a wet bar, and a private balcony.

The private dock and boating area allows for the docking of a boat spanning up to 52' on the deep lagoon!

The pool can be heated for an additional charge.
