About this property

Spacious apartment in the centre of Les 2 Alpes for 6 pers.

Ideally located, in the heart of the ski resort, we propose a nice apartment freshly renovated. Perfect to host up to 6 persons with all the confort and utilities needed.
Located at maximum 5 minutes walking from the ski lifts (Jandri and Diable) and at the bottom of the slopes. Supermarkets, pharmacy, ski rentals,... accessible within a raduis of less than 4 minutes walking. Parking spots are available and free for the host just down the building.

The apartment provides 6 beddings (with one separeted double bed-room) for a surface of +50 squared meters. The terrace is South oriented and the tenants can enjoy it the whole year. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, ...). The toilet is a part from the bathroom.

Good location

The apartment is in the middle of the village and hundred meters from the ski-lifts. Perfect!! Unfortunately the apartment wasn´t cleaned before we came. But it was ok and we had great holidays.

I am currently in contact with them to clarify the situation, it could be linked with the Covid but is indeed barely acceptable. Emplacement et logement sympas. Prestation de l'intermediaire incompréhensible. L'option ménage pourrait être proposée, et à minima une verification avant l'arrivée des hôte car nous avons dû procéder à un énorme ménage avant d'oser poser nos bagages

Bonjour, Je suis vraiment désolé de vous lire, mais comprends votre commentaire car il n'est pas agréable d'entrer dans un bien non nettoyé. Nous partons du postulat que chaque locataire est bien élevé et fait son ménage, ce qui est généralement le cas. L'agence locale assurant l'acceuil, la prise de caution et surtout l'état des lieux de sortie est garante de cela. Nous attendons donc de leur part la vérification de la propreté générale de l'appartement et l'activation des services de nettoyage aux frais du locataire quand cela est nécessaire. Il est clair que cette activité n'a pas été correctement exécutée dans votre cas et j'en suis désolé. Nous ferons le maximum pour éviter cela dans le futur.

Il y a tout dans cet appartement pour y vivre à l année ! Les pistes sont très accessibles. Le seul bémol de sa superbe localisation, le bruit des fêtards dans le quartier et les départs à l'aube des habitants. Nous soulignons la grande disponibilité au téléphone de Mr Martin, le propriétaire.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage zu den Skiliften und Geschäften in Les 2Alpes. Sie ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man in der Küche braucht. Auf dem großen Südbalkon kann man die Sonne genießen.

We stayed here in 2020 and had no hesitation in re-booking for 2022. It's a really decent sized apartment (compared with others), well-priced and has everything you need for your trip (plus great views!). The Wifi box can be rented from the agency - ours did not work too well but then we had a day or two of snowy weather - we did let the agency know that the Wifi box didn't work well for the 4 days we rented it for but heard nothing further. They also mistakenly charged us the taxes (which we'd already paid) but they contacted us afterward to identify the error and then refunded a couple of weeks later. All in all - great location, very spacious, beautiful views and isn't too far from the gondola, button lifts and chair lifts!

Great, excellently located apartment for family of 4

Had a great stay here. Few minor comms issues but were easily sorted and fairly quickly too. Only slight issue was the building works at back of the block - builders had taken up quite a bit of visitor parking and street parking spot was not easy to find. The builders had left some general rubbish around like wood batons with nails - so that had to be cleared to make a parking space without risk of tyre puncture. Aside from that can not fault the place, would definitely return - it was very close to the Jandri 1 gondola and the Diable chair lift - both of which are fairly central to the nursery slopes and also plenty of places to eat and drink all around the apartment. Had a fab holiday and the slight issue with building works paled into insignificance !

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé dans la station! Tout était accessible à pied, que ce soit pour faire les courses ou pour aller skier. Quel bonheur également de profiter du soleil tous les jours sur la terrasse... Communication facile avec les propriétaires qui sont très réactifs. Spacious apartment very wel located in the heart of the station. Everything was accessible by fott, either to go (grocery) shopping or skiing. What a pleasure to enjoy the sun everyday on the terrace... Easy communication with the tenants that were very reactive.

A choisir sans hésiter

Cet appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de la station. Il est très spacieux et bénéficie de tous les équipements comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un super séjour et avons apprécié le grand frigo/congel, le vrai four, tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner, la grande chambre et les nombreux rangements. Je retournerai dans cet appartement sans hésiter.
