Great Location! Was clean and pics accurate but needed a few upgrades

The apartment was in nice area and we felt safe and secure since had gated entrance for walking and parking into the complex. Parking was nice in covered area and did not have to park on street. We are giving a 4 rating vs 5 since older apartment and had some small maintenance issues and could use some upgrades. Also should have provided more staple goods such as toilet paper and paper towels. Overall our stay was good and size was great for our 4 night stay for two adults.

Sympathique location

Bon acceuil et bonne disponibilité de la part d'Étienne, avec qui nous avons pu échanger sur un peu tous les aspects de la station et du domaine.La "cohabitation" avec lui n'est pas gênante ( en tous cas pour nous).À savoir, la location n'est pas skis aux pieds, mais on n'est vraiment pas loin de la piste : 3 min pour y aller à pieds et 5min pour revenir. À refaire...

Chalet spacieux, le coin "ski room" est parfait pour tout laisser en bas et que tout soit sec pour le lendemain ! Etienne est dispo, de bons conseils et à été très discret toute la semaine. Literie confortable et chalet propre. Je recommande. Merci !

Toller Ski Urlaub!

Guten Tag, Wir hatten mit einer 8er Gruppe einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in der Unterkunft! Lage ist für den Preis echt super, ungefähr 50-100m zum Pistenzugang und ein kurzen Fußmarsch zum Supermarkt. Gibt jedoch Punkte die etwas negativ waren und die sollte man vorher wissen. -Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus. Für uns war es kein großes Problem, jedoch stand es nicht in der Hausbeschreibung und somit gab es schon eine kleine Verwunderung als wir dann eintrafen. -Dadurch dass der Vermieter im Haus wohnt soll es um 11 Uhr ruhig sein. Man muss dazu sagen, dass er sehr nett war und wenn man ihn nett am Bescheid sagt, dass man abends länger wach ist, ist das auch kein Problem. Jedoch finde ich persönlich, dass das wohl des Mieters über dem des Vermieters stehen sollte! -Und der letzte Punkt ist, dass man die Bettwäsche und Handtücher vor Ort für 10€ pro Person dazu buchen kann. Und dadurch, dass es nicht in der Beschreibung stand, hatte bei uns natürlich keiner etwas dabei. Abschließend ist es aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft gewesen und vor allem für den Preis echt top! Man würde auf jedenfall nochmal hinfahren! 7/10

Déçu ....

Pas de parking, vaisselle très sale, douche moisi, logement partagé avec le propriétaire sans aucune vrai porte de séparation, premier toilette dans le couloir des commun avec le propriétaire, deuxième toilette qui fonctionne pas bien ....... Chambre et pièces de vie correct .

Désolé de n'avoir pas pu répondre à toutes vos attentes. Comme stipulé dans l'annonce il y a plusieurs parkings publics gratuits à proximité. Les 2 logements sont entière privatifs. Les toilettes du niveau séjour sont absolument privatives et le sani-broyeur au niveau des chambres fonctionnent très bien. Encore toutes nos excuses pour la vaisselle, le lave vaisselle a été réparé dès le 1er soir. Je vous souhaite de trouver une location vous correspondant mieux l'année prochaine.

Des vacances sans soucis

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Etienne et avons passé un très bon séjour dans son chalet, au calme. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et le confort était tel qu'il nous avait été présenté. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu découvrir la vallée l'été.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux. La résidence était en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Les enfants et mon épouse sont ravis de leur séjour. Le chalet est à 2 pas des Menuires où nous nous rendions à pieds (en été 😀). Merci donc pour ces très bonnes vacances!

Excellent séjour dans ce superbe chalet

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : chalet très bien équipé et fonctionnel pour skieurs et non skieurs dans un très beau petit hameau . Accès aux pistes tout proche et très bon accueil de mr Descamps.

Highly recommended, very friendly owner

What a great week we've just had in Les Menuires thanks to the lovely owner Etienne. The communication (in English) prior to arrival was exceptionally helpful as was the welcome when we arrived. The pictures describe the chalet well and we wanted for nothing. A fabulous location to ski from each day, taking less than 15 min by car to get the children to ski school at 9am each morning in Val Thorens (no snow in Les Menuires at this late point in the year and a particularly bad snow year for the region). We could not fault this property which really comes down to the friendliness of Etienne and his ability to make us feel entirely at home. Thank you so much!
