This is an air-conditioned, fully furnished townhome which includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, cable, 56 inch hdtv projection tv, ceiling fans, king size beds in two bedrooms and a queen in the third. Don't forget a logoon style pool! There is a full service marina next door for charters, bait, gas...Everything you need. You are tucked away in a quiet, deep water cove, minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy 10 foot ceilings on the 1st floor of the townhouse and 9 feet on the second!

The house has 4 balconies and a terrace which we (and our dog) loved to hang out on and watch the action on the canal and the marina across the way. It is in a terrific, friendly and safe community. The owner answered any questions we had promptly.

Beautiful location!! Nice pool and canal for fishing.

Wonderful place to stay. I would rent this property again. Lots of beaches nearby and parks. Kids at a great time fishing on the canal. They couldn't keep their poles in the water long enough because of all of the catfish they were catching.

Relaxing Angler's Club Townhome

Beautiful, quiet, gaited location on the water. We really enjoyed this spacious townhome that had exciting fishing right at the dock behind the house or the short drive to Boca Grande. The home is nicely equipped with everything you will need. The owner is excellent and responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in Placida. You couldn't ask for a better location. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We vacation every summer in Boca Grande and this condo was one of our favorites! The owners were so accommodating and always quick to reply to any questions we had during our 10 day stay. We loved having our boat so close behind the condo which made it so convenient loading and unloading all of our fishing gear each day. I can't say enough great things about this place! We will definitely rent again.

Great 10 day stay!

We absolutely love this property! The location for boating was spectacular! We loved having the boat at this house in the water !! Made for easy access whenever we wanted to go fishing boating to dinner just being able to walk out your door and jump on your boat and go to sooo many places was awesome! The townhouse itself was beautiful, in a gated community, Rhonda make sure anything you need is there! We will be back.... only thing that could make it better was if the complex added a hot tub to their pool area! Rhonda was great to rent from ! And made the whole thing easy!

GREAT location!

Place was exactly like photos. Host did not bother us but did check in from time to time. We have a boat so this was perfect location for us with the Gasparilla Marina right next door. Easy for us to walk to boat and also drive to the condo to pick up gear. Lots of food options close as well. Rhonda has everything we needed and then some. We didn’t use the pool much ( it was being repaired part of the time we were there) when we did it was also very clean. Overall nice place that was quiet and had everything we needed. This location will be on top of the list if we go to this area again next year.

Fantastic Accommodations and Wonderful Fishing

My family had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation property in May 2015. The weather was very nice and the fishing was wonderful. We caught lots of snook, trout, redfish, mangrove snapper and flounder. Our biggest snook topped out at 42"! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we need for out 10 day stay. The owners checked on us several times to make sure we were having a good time. The condo is tastefully decorated and met our every need. The dockage for my boat was great and included fresh water, electricity, and fishing cleaning tables. The condo also included a gas grill that we took advantage of several times. The pool across the parking lot was always very clean and was the perfect end to a wonderful day of fishing. We will most certainly be back in the near future. Close by was the Publix and several nice restaurants that we visited. The Zydeco Grill is always great and Mama"s in Englewood is also very affordable. Just over the bridge is beautiful Gasparilla Island and Boca Grand. There is also several golf courses in the area if you are so inclined.

Leigh and I moved to Florida from the Midwest over 10 years ago. We now reside in Arkansas. We continue to love this part of Florida for it's incredible fishing and unbeatable beaches. Our son live on LGI and owns a business there so the Angler's Club is a nice place to stay and enjoy while we visit!

Why they chose this property

Private and secluded. Fishing, water sports, shopping or beachcombing....lots to do very close by, but quiet and relaxing!

What makes this property unique

Tarpon season runs from May 1st thru July 5th and November 19th thru November 27th. If you are a fisherman, you won't want to miss our sport fishing. And if you enjoy eating your catch, try our famous redfish, snapper, snook, cobia, sea bass, grouper and many more. Guides are available at the neighboring marina as well as bait and gas if you're taking your own boat! Remember, this home comes with dock space steps from your back door. There is room under the house for your trailer and your vehicle as well!
