Update on ongoing construction completion date May 2026

I am happy to re-open my Condo 203 for rentals starting 5/15/2026. The pool and hot tub area are nearing completion of the renovation. The beach access steps are also now open.

Beautifully decorated kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances, fully stocked for family feasting. Hurricane rated windows and doors. Great family condo on the best beach area of Volusia County. Fully equipped 2b/2b condo on 2nd floor overlooking pool & beach. All the comforts of home. Bright & cheery beach decor. Bedding consists of King, 2 twins, & queen sleeper**. Free wifi. 3 HD TV's. In unit laundry room. 20' balcony overlooking pool & ocean. Easy access on 2nd floor from stairs or elevator. Secure underground parking. Key pad entry to beach. 1/4 mile to Publix & short drive to Tanger Outlets, One Daytona - entertainment destination.
**Queen sleeper not appropriate for adults.
Unit ideal for 4 adults + 2 children.

Loved it!!!

I have stayed in many condo's over the years. No complaints what so ever. Clean. Well decorated. Great location on the beach. Easy access to the beach. Overlooking the pool but had no trouble with pool noise. Great ocean breeze kept the balcony cool and overhang caught the sun before it got too hot. I could go on and on but we will definitely stay there again.

Hands down… Best unit in Daytona Beach!

We visit Daytona Beach 4-5 weeks a year. Two bike weeks and usually 3 trips with our 13 year old daughter and a friend. This fall her fall break lined up with Biketoberfest. With the help of my mother we got to enjoy the best of both worlds! With that being said, Alice was amazing to work with. She accommodated everything we asked for. We even got to add on an additional night as we didn’t want to the fun to end. The unit is fully stocked with anything we needed. From beach needs all the way to cooking needs. It’s all there. The unit was very clean. The new upgrades are amazing and the carpet was so soft. We can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us. We are going ahead and booking 2022 weeks soon!

Everything needed for an extended visit was provided in the unit except food! The waterfront view, wonderful patio got the morning sun and afternoon shade, a perfect location and a terrific stay! Definitely a first choice if we ever get back to the Daytona area! Coffee, grocery and amenities within a short walk or drive!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo has been updated with new furniture and new carpet. Everything was so fresh. There is even a beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards, which we fully enjoyed! The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect! Hope to return next year!

Great family vacay with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 yo granddaughter. Condo was clean, comfortable and everything you could want or need was provided from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, towels and boogie boards. The spacious balcony provides a direct view of the beach and ocean.

A Gem!

We were so pleased with this property. It was cute, well decorated, had everything we needed and best of all it was extremely clean! You can tell the owners care about this place. We loved sitting out on the large balcony and enjoying the ocean views. We are frequent renters of condos in different places so we recognize what it takes to make a good rental. The condo was excellent! Beautiful, updated, and everything we needed for a week getaway.

The condo was very clean, updated, included a nice kitchen with everything we needed for the week. Condo owners were friendly and easy to work with offering suggestions and tips since it was our first visit to this area of Florida. Only complaint and it has nothing to do with the owners, was felt the exterior of condo could have used a little more lighting surrounding the pool and patios. We have lived in the area for more that 40 years. It is a great small town with the nicest beach. We have a large family that loves to visit.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in the ideal place on the beach with a wide low tide & gentle slope. The unit overlooks the pool & hot tub. There is also a gas grill area with tables. The building is secure with key pads to underground garage & beach access.
