Bel espace extérieur mais grande deception sur la gestion de fin de location

La maison dispose d’une belle piscine extérieure et d’une vue imprenable sur la mer. L’intérieur de la maison est plus ancien et la literie assez moyenne. Nous passions dans l’ensemble un agréable séjour mais le check out s’est mal passé. Les propriétaires s’attendent à ce que les locataires lavent la maison de fond en comble (passage de la serpiere, etc.) avant leur départ. De plus nous nous sommes vus reprochés des taches sur les serviettes mises à disposition. Nous avons instantanément accepté de payer le dommage. Cependant, le propriétaire a gardé notre caution en otage. Il nous a facturé un montant qui, au regard du prix de la location (plus de 3600 euros) est très mesquin. De plus nous avions oblouié des objets dans la maison et le propriétaire ne nous en a jamais fait part lors de nos échanges. Nous avons dû nous-mêmes leur demander s’ils avaient trouvé les objets oubliés. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises de récupérer notre chèque de caution et nous l’avons obtenu en allant le récupérer chez eux. Bien mauvaise image laissée pour quelques serviettes tachées.

Superbe maison

Superbe maison très propre et parfaitement équipée avec une vue imprenable sur Ajaccio. Secteur très calme dans la journée comme en soirée. Propriétaires disponibles et discrets. Rien à redire sur notre séjour qui fut parfait ! Nous recommandons cette maison à notre entourage pour leur futur séjour en Corse

Magnifique maison, très soignée et très propre

Magnifique maison, très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité et fonctionnel (pas le cas partout). Magnifique vue et très calme. Piscine propre et spacieuse. Maison entretenue de manière irréprochable. Propriétaires et sa famille très sympatique, disponible et discret. Peu-être une climatisation serait utile. Maison à recommander et nous y reviendrons un jour.

"nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est parfaitement conforme à l''annonce, très spacieuse, très propre, et surtout elle est située en hauteur, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie d''Ajaccio. La Maison est très bien équipée (cuisine, barbecue), le flipper est un plus, et pas seulement pour les enfants ! Grande et belle piscine. Accueil très chaleureux, Nous avons adoré !"
