About this property

Bright and cozy apartment of 86sqm with two bedrooms, located on the third floor of a historic building of the '600 notified to the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage. The sleeping area features a spacious master bedroom and a single room furnished with valuable furniture of the nineteenth century. The living room is equipped with a USB digital TV, a library with magazines and books, armchairs and a very comfortable sofa bed. The view enjoyed by the living room is very wide because of its exposure at the intersection of two channels. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and washing machine. The kitchen has been recently renovated and fully equipped, and it is complete with dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven.

"This apartment is absolu...

"This apartment is absolutely WONDERFUL. It is large and bright with incredible views from every single window. It is in a very quiet location, two minutes walk from a bustling street full of great shops, cafes, patisseries and people. The master bed is extremely comfortable, not sure about the others but our kids all slept very well. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, everything worked. The hosts were wonderful, even meeting us at the train station to accompany us to the apartment. We LOVED this apartment and would highly reccomend it to anyone, not a single negative aspect."

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise

Nous étions à Venise en plaine biennale : des expositions partout en ville dans de magnifiques palais. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare et du Rialto. Très propre, confortable. Accueil parfait par notre hôte, fort sympathique d'ailleurs. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Venise, je regarderai si cet appartement est disponible ! Je recommande sans réserve !

Can’t wait to come back

Everything was great. Communication was excellent! The location was also close to shops and restaurants but not so close that people coming home could wake me up. I definitely can’t wait to come back!
