RIALTO BRIDGE LARGE VENETIAN STYLE WITH LIFT

The apartment is located in a wonderful position in the heart of Venice near Rialto bridge with a view overlooking the canal. It is away from the crowd but at the same time really close to the major touristic sites.



The flat has the typical venetian style architecture, as much as the details and the decorations. It is located on the third floor of an ancient building with a lift and it is perfect for a family or group of friends, up to 6 people.

Some parts of the house are renovated and modern; there is a big and bright living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen well equipped, one double bedroom and another one with two single beds, two bathrooms and a pretty terrace for intimate and romantic evenings. It is furnished with everything you need for your stay: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, washing machine, WI-FI and TV. 



All around you will find the most attractive sites of the city: Rialto San Giacomo church, Mocenigo Palace famous for being the museum of textiles and perfumes, Scala Contarini del Bovolo, Cà Pesaro Art Gallery, Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and Campo San Polo.



In 5 minutes by foot you arrive in San Mark Square and Palazzo Ducale and if you like to enjoy the aperitif tradition you can drink “spritz” in one of the bars in Campo Erbaria, behind Rialto bridge. However, you will find restaurants, cafes, boutiques, to spend your time at best.



To reach the islands of Venice and the other parts of the city you will find a lot of vaporetto stops (a public boat transportation) along the Grand Canal.

Fantastic

Great place. Great location. More room than anybody would need. But none of that is as good as the host. Super fast communication. And even arranged for our transportation back to the airport when leaving. Couldn’t say enough good things.

Spacious apartment near the Rialto Bridge

Very spacious apartment near the Rialto bridge (5 minute walk from the transportation ferry/bus).Very large rooms, well appointed kitchen, cute balcony. Air conditioning and fans provided.Close to shops and cafes. We were tired when we arrived and needed caffeine and found a Starbucks within a 2-minute walk of the apartment!Communication with the host was very quick and all of our questions were answered promptly. This is a very good property.

This is a large, beautiful apartment in a perfect location, which made it easy to ride the vaperetto, shop at several grocery stores and walking distance to most sites.

The apartment was plenty roomy and clean! The furniture is dated but understandable in Venice. The mattress and pillow do need a serious upgrade. The location is perfect!

Perfect apartment near Rialto

Large and clean apartment near the Rialto. Just as described. Actually seemed bigger than the pics. Near water bus. Walking distance to st marks. Family of four fit perfectly, there is a kitchen and washing machine but I didn’t use it (was a short stay). Could have stayed longer, very nice place.

Beautiful apartment

Huge apartment in a great area of Venice. It was clean and had a nice balcony. It would have been nice to have a reference book with restaurant recommendations, info on the closest stores and coffee shops etc and at least 2 wine glasses to enjoy the great wines of Italy while sitting on the balcony.

Wow!

The pictures do not do this apartment justice! The amount of space, views, outside area, proximity to everything was purely magical. Thomas and Simon were EXCELLENT communicators, even set us up with private transfers from the Rialto to the train station. They had the best suggestions on gondola rides, food, and overall experience in Venice. Thank you for everything! Our family of 4 can’t wait to come back.

The Property was nice but manager was not

The property was very nice but the communication with Thomas was not. He was rather rude and didn't explain things very well. It was as if he didn't want to be bothered. I stayed at several places in Italy and did not have a communication problem so I don't think it was a language barrier situation. However we were pleased with the rental.

Location location location

This property is in a fantastic location off the main streets but close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is very large with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large living room with a sofa bed . Nice space. As in other reviews, the coffee maker is broken (and yes there’s a moka pot so you can make coffee) but it would have been nice to use the maker with pods. There is a misch mosh of dishes, pots and pans but only one wine glass! Having just stayed in VRBO’ s in Parma, Bologna and Verona which provided us with paper towels, coffee pods, spices, and a complete kitchen in which we were able to cook, this apartment didn’t measure up. We were two couples and left only one set of keys , which made going off on our own difficult. There is a lift which was great as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, All in all we had a fantastic time in Venice.

Not as advertised

The location is great; lots to see and do close by. BUT, we were Very disappointed by the fact that the AC was not in working order. Yes, there were fans provided - 1 of the 3 provided didn't work; but I don't consider that Air Conditioning. The apartment is very roomy, so one of the 2 units that are located in the hallway was not working at all, and the other barely working did not cut it. Having sweat dripping off you while inside the apartment is NOT comfortable. I contacted the host asking if it was going to be fixed, and was told no and I should open the windows. He did send someone to replace the broken fan and provided another one. BUT, when it's in the mid 80s during the day with 80% humidity, it doesn't make much difference. In the service industry, the comfort of the client is to be of major consideration. If you want to stay in this apartment, don't come when the daytime temperature is going to be over 75°Fahrenheit. On the plus side, it does have a lift.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso. Con una posizione perfetta, attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi, trasporti pubblici nelle vicinanze, ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'edificio è pulito, silenzioso e ben protetto. La comunicazione con l'host e il direttore è molto buona. Siamo stati accolti e assistiti tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Sarebbe stato utile avere una macchina per il caffè da parte del proprietario, non è comodo la mattina quando ci si sveglia senza poter fare il caffè. Torneremmo volentieri nell'appartamento la prossima volta che saremo in Venezia.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the size of the apartment. Everything was as presented except the coffee and coffeemaker which did not work and was not corrected after the owner was contacted. It would have been nice to have some dining recommendations or menus in the apartment. We would rent the apartment again.

Beautiful spot in Venice

It was right near the Rialto Bridge and very convenient. It had an elevator which made accessing it very simple. Lots of room and and had a patio which we used a lot. My only complaint was the coffee maker didn't work and when I complained, there was no satisfactory response.
