Great location - quiet, secluded, very rural with beautiful views, lovely pool and great range of equipment for all ages. Our host Christian, and his daughter Celine, was very welcoming, extremely helpful and caring. One of our best site holidays in 30 years!

Isolated Quiet beautiful period house

This house is old, with thick stone walls that keep cool during the day, the pool is immaculate, Christian cleans the pool regularly. There are great supermarkets 20 minute drive away. And some restaurants close by. Christian is unobtrusive but there when you need him. It is a lovely relaxing house with all of the facilities one would need. We enjoyed the area, very rural, and very quiet and peaceful.

Amazing and perfect place

Very nice house in a beautiful place in the middle of the French landscape. Attractive house and very complete. Nice beds and good bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is located in the barn, but that is not a problem. Barn is equipped with table tennis, table football, pool table and lounge area. Also an oversized refrigerator with ice cubes. Cristian is very friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful around the house and the pool is great. Highly recommended!

Charming peace and quiet

This was the 3rd time we stayed in this holiday house. Again we were charmed by the peaceful, quiet surroundings and the location of this house in the middle of nowhere. The house itself is equiped with all necessities you need for a nice holiday. Our kids loved de pool. The owner frequently passes by and is nice to chat with. You can ask him anything and he will help you in any way he can. We are thinking about returning for a 4th time.

Een charmevol, mooi gerenoveerd huisje, van al het nodige voorzien. Een groot mooi zwembad en de unieke aparte speelhal, voor ieder wat wils! We hebben genoten van een zeer (stille) rustgevende vakantie, mede dankzij Mr Tissèdre zijn vriendelijke 'hosting' en lekkere giften uit eigen moestuin en Nala de lieve hond! Een op en top pareltje van verblijf!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au gite Couture.Christian nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été à l'écoute tout en étant discret durant tout le séjour.La propriété a beaucoup de cachet avec des beaux bâtiments en pierre, une magnifique piscine de belle taille (5x10) sur un grand terrain arboré. Les champs tout autour assurent calme et tranquillité absolu. Intérieur comme extérieur sont très bien équipés. La grange aménagée est très appréciable avec ces nombreux équipements (ping-pong, billard, baby foot, badminton, vélos) et aussi hamac et terrain de boules...Le gite est également complet et confortable (la literie de qualité).Un gite 4 étoiles avec un prix élevé mais à la hauteur de sa qualité.

Parfait !

Un grand merci à Christian pour son accueil chaleureux. La maison était conforme à la description, très propre, literie parfaite, très bien équipée. De jolies attentions nous attendaient, melon, pêches, tomates du jardin, un régal ! Mention spéciale pour la tranquillité, l’environnement paisible avec un très joli village de Montjoi qui vaut le détour et la piscine super bien entretenue. Une semaine qui est passée trop vite et qui a ravie petits et grands.

La tranquillité absolue et un hôte exceptionnel

Formidable endroit pour faire une pause et se ressourcer dans des conditions de calme et d'authenticité exceptionnelles. Les équipements sont parfaits, la piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, et pour peu que vous vous intéressiez à votre environnement vous aurez des discussions passionnées avec votre hôte. A wonderful Gite in fabulous contryside.

A fantastic cottage with everything you might need, a wonderful, large pool with beautiful countryside and villages to explore. The pool was as clean as a whistle - thank you Christian for being such a charming and helpful host and for making sure the pool was always clean. Thank you also for the lovely fruit & vegetables on our arrival and please give your splendid four legged friend a big hug from me! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday Gite and if you have children, there are plenty of exciting things for them to do in the beautiful barn, next to the house. Schönes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Man ist so für sich in absoluter Ruhe, wunderbar! Wir waren mit Freunden unterwegs und suchten nach einer Unterkunft mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern, so wie es in der Anzeige ausgegeben war. Etwas irritiert waren wir deshalb, dass sich das zweite Bad in der Scheuen befindet und man sich somit das Bad im Haus bei den Schlafzimmern teilen muss. Manche Dinge bedürfen einer Erneuerung, so ist z.B. der Sonnenschirm am Pool an manchen Stellen eingerissen und er steht auch sehr wackelig. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil!

Calme et confortable.

Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire qui nous a expliqué avec précision et très cordialement l'évolution de cette magnifique résidence. Tout est parfaitement aménagé, complet et très propre. L'isolement est total et le lieu très calme. La piscine est vraiment parfaite. Rien ne manque et tout est confortable. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Une semaine était un peu trop court pour découvrir cette magnifique région et nous pensons donc revenir prochainement en dehors de l'été. Notre famille composée de 5 personnes n'a pas identifié de point négatif concernant ce logement et les équipements. Isabelle & Olivier Belgique

Quiet relaxing getaway in rural France

The gite was all we could have hoped for. Unfortunately it was October but had it been warmer we would have been in the huge pool every day! The gite was very comfortable and had all the necessary home touches. The king size bed was AMAZING. We slept like logs, which was also because of the total quiet. The local countryside is stunning and. Quintessentially French. The host was kind and attentive but not intrusive. All communication was swiftly responded to by Christian. I would definitely visit again. You do need a car as the local shops and cafes are a drive away in nearby villages. I would recommend this gite if you want a quiet retreat…

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce superbe gîte...notre séjour a été parfait, Mr Tissèdre propriétaire de ce lieu, est d'une grande amabilité et génerosité...( nous a offert plein de bons fruits et légumes) Le gîte a été refait avec soin, en gardant l'esprit ancien. D'une grande propreté, avec une literie très confortable. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait au niveau des équipements..La piscine majestueuse, bien entretenue, à l'abri des regards..nous nous sommes régalés..surtout les enfants...y ont passés des journées entières..et cerise sur le gateau une grange avec divers jeux ( ping pong,vélos, flechettes, sac de frappe ....etc...) frigo américain et même une salle de bain flambante neuve...ils ont pensé à tout..vraiment tout.. et pour finir une vue sublime tout autour de la maison, repos, calme et sérénité...que demander de plus...vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés...pour nous ce fût une semaine merveilleuse, avec un hôte adorable et un gîte magnifique en tout point de vue..Nous reviendrons, c'est sur...Merci Christian pour ce petit coin de paradis...à bientôt...Les Orléanais

Le repos !

Séjour reposant au possible. La maison est très propre et bien aménagée, la piscine est également de haut standing ainsi que les nombreuses activités mises à disposition. Un grand merci à notre hôte Christian qui s’est montré bienveillant. Nous y retournerons !
