Entering our home you will be greeted by a wonderful view of the lush tropical gardens and warm turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean. French Window/Doors open out from the living room and bedrooms to the covered 1,100 square feet, porch, where you can relax, dine, barbecue.

Our home is on what is considered to be on the best beach on the Island, with crystal-clear warm water, lush tropical vegetation, and a cool breeze. Within the community there are tennis courts and a swimming pool. This is a care free, no stress, comfortable Bahamian-style beach-home.

We fell in love with this laid back friendly island many years ago. I am an architect and had been searching for a true 'Tropical Bahamian' house where outdoor living is part of the experience. We were fortunate to discover this home through meeting a fellow architect Corry , the architect who designed this small community. His friend was moving back to England and wished to sell his island home. - Edward Joyce and family.

We wanted a home on a safe beach on the ocean, with palm trees , great sand and cool breezes, and a home with Bahamian character.
