Very cosy, very well equipped, in perfect condition and with excellent location. 100m from the coast with unobstructed sea views from the living room and bedroom, and views of the quiet countryside from the kitchen and terrace. Very complete equipment (dishwasher, washing machine), Sleeping comfort: bed of 180 x 200 cm that can be separated into 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm. Cable and HD satellite receiving a multitude of international channels (Astra and Hotbird ) . Air conditioning (hot and cold). Barbecue. Linen provided. Departure cleaning and washing of linen on departure included in the price. 3 sea water pools including one heated and covered in cool season with a basin of 12m x 5.50m (open all year) and one 30m long. Great location

It was clean. The beach, pool & staff were wonderful. Owner answered my questions very fast. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the bed pillows as 1 was all lumpy and others are very flat making it hard to sleep.

Traumurlaub an der Algarve

Wir waren erholungsbedürftig und konnten in den beiden Wochen unsere Akkus wieder aufladen: Sonne, Strand, Wind und die atemberaubende Felsenlandschaft. Die Unterkunft war ruhig, gepflegt, ideal gelegen mit Schwimmmöglichkeit in den Pools oder im Meer. von Porches aus waren etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in Tagesausflügen erreichbar. Leider haben wir längst noch nicht alles gesehen - wir müssen wiederkommen!

We are very happy about our stay in Lucien and Katrina’s villa. The villa was very clean, bright and airy with many windows and great views of the ocean. It was very updated with all necessary appliances and conveniences. The villa and surrounding resort community were quiet with easy access to included facilities such as pools, beach and a great restaurant where we ate most of our meals. An amazing walking trail along the cliff tops with breathtaking views was a few minute walk from the villa. We are very pleased with our stay here and if we come to the Algarve again would definitely stay here.
