A lovely little holiday villa, located in a romantic setting ,ideal for couples. With all the essential amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The villa is situated within Quinta do Mouricao Mobile home park which is tucked away in rural Algarve.
The villa is fully equipped with an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area which has new Air conditioning with patio doors leading out to the pool, there is also a second dining area outside and an additional outdoor bathroom with shower.
It has a large king size bedroom with new Air conditioning which also has patio doors leading out to the pool, there is an adjoining luxury bathroom with a walk in rain shower.
The swimming pool is situated right outside the doors - perfect for cooling off in the hot sunshine! There are sun loungers for kicking back and relaxing and a large patio area surrounds the pool. There is also a smaller private side patio with a table and chairs for those alfresco lunches and romantic evening meals.
The surrounding area is peppered with fruit trees such as Carobs, Orange, Pomegranate, Figs, Almond and Olives and the palm and yucca trees add that extra romantic feel to the park.

We had a great stay at the villa. The proberty was really clean and the kitchen was stuffed with everything you need. The outdoor area was very relaxing and the pool gave a nice refreshing kick. It was the perfect start to our vacation. We would definetely recommed it!

What a fabulous week we had at the villa, the pool was a godsend and the villa itself spacious, comfy and spotless. We normally stay coastal but decided to try rural and we were not disappointed. The villa had everything we needed, the grounds it is within are both beautiful and well kept and the surrounding area is picturesque. We had a very chilled stay and much needed relaxation. Matt and Kelly are great hosts.

Our first stay in Portugal, we picked here because of its excellent location to access the Algarve both east & west. A great base for touring the area in your car. The property is immaculately clean, with all the facilities required for a lovely quiet holiday. The grounds are very private, and well tended to. The owner Kelly gave us some excellent recommendations for places to visit. We had a wonderful visit and certainly plan to return, thank you for making our first visit to Portugal a memorable one. Perfect for a couple

Beautiful Villa for my wife and I . Perfect to rest and relax but also within 20 minutes drive of major towns. Kelly met us when we arrived and even gave us a very welcome cold beer. She was very knowledgeable about the area, but totally respected our privacy the whole time. We would definitely love to book again in the near future and would recommend to anyone

The property was perfect for a couple. It was very well equipped and very clean. The pool is great. You need a car to stay there as it is in the countryside and a fair distance from shops. Matt and Kelly are very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to planning our next visit!

We had a great 12 days. Host was around if needed but we did not need them. Private and quiet stay. Beach was around 20 mins drive as was the big shopping centre. 40 mins from Airport. Great little restaurant 5 mins drive.

Dieses Haus mit dem dazugehörigen Pool ist sehr ansprechend, hübsch, sauber und einladend. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und diskret. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielleicht ist die Distanz nach Albufeira etwas weit, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Había algo mágico en la forma en que el mundo se detenía una vez que llegamos a aquella casa en medio del campo. Con mi marido, encontramos nuestro propio oasis lejos del ruido. El jardín, un verdadero paraíso con sus gallinas, nos invitaba a pasar las horas sin prisa. Pero la joya de la corona era la piscina. Bajo el sol, sus aguas brillaban como un espejo, y cada chapuzón era un respiro, una liberación. Allí, entre el canto de los pájaros y el murmullo del viento, la vida se sentía completa."cenas eternas. Todo esto fue posible gracias a la calidez de su dueña Kelly, una persona verdaderamente encantadora que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Der Pool war sehr schön und erfrischend an den heißen Tagen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Man hat seine volle Privatsphäre, obwohl sie direkt neben dem Pool wohnen. Besuch bekommt man nur von den Hühnern . Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, ohne ist nichts möglich.

Nous avions réservé cette maison pour au mois d’août, avec mon mari, pour séjourner a l’algarve en famille durant 5 jours. Nous étions en vacances au Portugal à Leiria chez nos parents et avons fais 4h de route pour arriver sur place avec un enfant en bas âge. Arrivée sur place, l’hôte (la femme) nous fais visité la maison, tout ce passe pour le mieux. 10 minutes plus tard, nous étions en train de nous installer. Cette dame revient en nous demandant de quitter les lieux car nous avons un enfant de deux ans et demi. Elle était très agréable et avait l’air penné. Mais son mari, lui, a fuir. Une personne très désagréable, il n’osait même pas venir nous le dire en face. Monsieur n’était pas d’accord que nous passions 5 petits jours dans sa maison car dit-il : il n’était pas assuré pour les bébés. Nous lui expliquons que nous avons payé et que nous souhaitons être remboursé. Il a REFUSÉ. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue et contraint de louer un logement pour le même jour avec notre enfant, sans être remboursé de celui-ci. Une personne inhumaine et qui n’est pas compréhensible. A FUIR . MÉDIOCRE .

Poolvilla zum Entspannen

Schöne Poolvilla in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Haus steht innerhalb eines Gelände in dem auch Mobilehomes vermietet werden und ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Haus des Vermieters. Haus und Garten sind sehr geflegt, der private Pool ist ca. 1,6m tief und sogar für ein paar Schwimmzüge geeignet. in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es nur Orangenplantagen und Felder, ein Auto ist notwendig um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
