Haus im Zentrum von Villasimus

Das Haus in zentraler Lage von Villasimius war für uns, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager ideal. Es hatte 2 separate Wohnungen, die gemütlich eingerichtet waren. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Auch der Aussenbereich mit einer sehr guten Grillstelle haben wir viel benutzt. Die Lounge ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber mit Tüchern abgedeckt, so dass man sie trotzdem gut benutzten konnte. Die sehr Zentrale Lage war für uns ideal. Ganz in der Nähe der Conand zum einkaufen und zu Fuss war man in ca. 7 Minuten auf dem Dorfplatz von Villasimius. Der Wochenmarkt war nur um die Ecke. Ebenfalls erreichte man sämtliche wunderschöne Strände mit dem Auto schnell. Trotzt der Zentralen Lage war es nicht lärmig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Carlotta hat auch immer gut geklappt. Einzig die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren mit ihrem Gebelle zeitweise ein wenig nervig. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter.

Casa carina e funzionale per due famiglie avendo due appartamenti separati. Ben posizionata e con tutti i comfort.La pulizia andrebbe migliorata . Giardino accogliente ma con la presenza di fastidiosissime zanzare che ne limitano l’utilizzo..

Sardinien und Villasimius sind eine Reise wert!

Wir haben eine Woche mit 7 Personen in der zweigeteilten Wohnung verbracht. Eine Wohnung ist im Keller und eine ist im Erdgeschoss. Es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde, nur den Toaster haben wir selber mitgebracht. Die Wohnungen sind schön eingerichtet, Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe/Pfannen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt und die Hängematte haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Parken an der Straße kann teuer werden, deshalb immer im Hof parken! Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Orstzentrum entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und der samstägliche Markt ist gleich ums Eck. Villasimius hat einen sehr schönen Strand und von dort aus haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht, Cagliari ist z.B. nur eine Stunde entfernt. Simone, die uns auf deutsch begrüsst hat, war auch sehr nett und hat uns ein paar Tips zur Umgebung gegeben. Sardinien ist eine wunderschöne Insel, die Menschen waren nett und hilfsbereit - wir kommen wieder!

Great house!! Design, elegance and comfort!

I've been last year with all the family and the house is really perfect! Wonderful barbecue and garden. Not too far from the sea and very close to the center of Villasimius. Looking forward to come back again very soon... Thanks to the owners Carlotta and Massimo, so kind and professional!!

comodità e tranqullità assicurati

Ottima posizione per raggiungere, in auto, le migliori spiagge della zona. Distante dal centro storico 5 minuti di camminata. Appartamento con tutti i confort sia all'interno che all'esterno: bellissimo giardino dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Ideale per 2 famiglie.
