In the pool for children under the age of 14, the presence of a parent or an adult is mandatory; the activation period of the same goes approximately from June 15th to September 15th. Hours of use (subject to change) are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The apartment consists of a dining room with a 32 "LED TV and a sofa bed, an open kitchen with a microwave, a bell oven and everything you need to cook, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a bed inside. bunk, balcony with washing machine and sink, large panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining with table chairs and 2 deck chairs. The residence is about 600 m from the town center and can be easily reached on foot, which is recommended since after 7:00 pm the whole center is closed to traffic and becomes exclusively pedestrian. The various beaches in the area are all within a 2 km radius and can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. Adjacent and EXTERNAL to the residence there is a large very convenient public parking.

IMPORTANT there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the house; being on the 1st floor not beaten by the sun the house is always cool and ventilated. There are NO mosquito nets.
