Comfortable house character

Comfortable lodging of 75 m2 in an old renovated. Very nice and quiet, it is located in the village center of Ornaisons, Corbières village, between sea and mountains
The village is 6 km from the highway exit Lézignan and 15km from Narbonne.
Adjoining owners house but independent, the cottage is conditioned on 3 levels:
Ground floor: Living-room with TV - DVD - Wifi
Kitchenette (with bar) equipped with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
1st floor: large room with bed 160 and reads BB (on request)
A bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet
2nd floor: A very large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90
Pool 8 x 4 owners is provision of lodging of tenants from Monday to Saturday from 10 hours to 18 hours.
Private patio of 40 m2 with stone fireplace for barbecue and garden furniture

Lovely gite in quiet village but near interesting sites to visit

Wonderful cosy house with use of pool and terrace and secured parking. The owners Carmen and Tony, who live on the same premises, are very helpful and welcoming. All in all, a good base for visiting the interesting sites in the area.

Séjour parfait pour une famille

Carmen et Tony sont aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes et charmants. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour visiter cette magnifique région (visites, gastronomie, culture)! La piscine pour les seuls hôtes est un plus et est spacieuse, bien entretenue.

des vacances formidables dans un environnement familial

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien chez Carmen et Toni.Ornaisons est un beau village avec des habitants extrêmement sympathiques. De là, de nombreuses excursions (Lagrasse, Carcassonne, l'abbaye de Fontfroide etc.) et la mer sont accessibles en 45 minutes maximum. Mais nous avons également apprécié de passer du temps à la piscine. Carmen et Tony sont très discrets.Pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances en famille, loin du tourisme de masse, c'est l'endroit idéal.

Un joli gîte avec des propriétaires adorables

Authentieke charmante woning

We hebben het super fijn gehad aan de Middellandse Zee. We hadden gerust wat langer willen blijven. De Gite ligt aan de zijkant van het huis achter een toegangspoort die uitgeeft op een staanplaats voor een ruime wagen. Deze binnenplaats is trouwens zeer charmant en we hebben daar regelmatig geapperitiefd. Achter de binnenplaats ligt nog een patio die onder de bomen perfect in de schaduw ligt en omzoomd wordt door planten en bloemen waarin duizenden krekels hun mooie lied zingen. Daar hebben we regelmatig ontbeten en gedineerd. Een klein trapje op brengt je naar een schommel voor de kinderen en daarnaast... het zwembad afgesloten via een hek met kinderslot. Naast het zwembad kan je zowel in de schaduw van de bomen of in het zonnetje genieten op zeer comfortabele strandbedden van de strappatsen van de kinderen of zelf heerlijk afkoelen in het aangename water. Het huisje zelf is comfortabel genoeg en verrassend fris ondanks de hitte buiten. De bedden liggen goed en de kamers zijn ruim. Carmen en Tony zijn uiterst sympathieke warme mensen, discreet aanwezig maar ook geïnteresseerd en hebben volop tips over de omgeving en activiteiten in het dorp zelf. Het huis is perfect gelegen in een ingedommeld dorpje met vele wijnhuizen en een klein winkeltje maar in de nabije dorpen zijn er ettelijke grote supermarkten te vinden. Vanuit het huisje hebben we vele uitstappen gedaan want zowel zee als de bergen zijn binnen rijafstand. Ook het nabijgelegen Narbonne is zeer gezellig om te bezoeken. Bedankt Carmen en Tony voor een topverblijf. We hebben er enorm van genoten!

Super toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (7, 5 und 4 Jahre) für zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter waren total nett und hatten auch immer gute Ausflugtipps für uns. In 25 Minuten waren wir am Meer in Gruissan und andere Ausflüge (Carcassonne, Forteresse de Salses oder die Safari in Sigean) waren in 30-70 Minuten zu erreichen. Den Pool haben wir auch viel benutzt. Im Patio haben wir fast jedes Essen zu uns genommen. Auch Wein kann man sehr gut in der Nähe kaufen.

Conforme à la description

Bon séjour malgré une météo pas formidable pour un mois de juillet. Gîte conforme à la description et aux photos. Le but était de se reposer, et ce fût le cas. Très bonne literie. Petit village avec les commerces suffisants pour ne pas avoir à se rendre en grandes surfaces.

Großzügiges, sauberes und stilvolles historisches Haus

Die sehr großzügige, stilvolle und saubere Ferienwohnung über 3 Etagen befindet sich im vorderen Teil eines schönen, historischen, restaurierten Hauses. Ein hübscher und ruhiger, Schatten spendender Innenhof steht mit Möglichkeit zum Grillen zur alleinigen Nutzung zu Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat neben sämtlichen Klimaanlagen auch eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, einen Toaster usw. Der sich an der hinteren Hausseite der Vermieter befindliche Pool bietet eine hervorragende Abkühlung! Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche mit unseren Kindern verbracht. Die Vermieter Carmen und Tony waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben z.B. einen tollen Tipp für den für uns schönsten Strand bei La Palme erhalten. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, um sowohl ans Meer zu kommen, als auch Städte wie Lagrasse, Carcassonne und Narbonne zu besichtigen usw. Einen Bäcker gibt es gleich um die Ecke und auch eine Pizzeria. Zum Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Très bon séjour chez Carmen et Tony

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Le calme la piscine le patio extérieur et le gîte spacieux. Attention il est sur 3 niveaux avec escaliers. Carmen et Tony sont très accueillants et chaleureux prêts à renseigner sur les activités de la région. Fortement recommandé.

Non loin de Narbonne un gîte de qualité tant au niveau de la propreté, du confort (ex: literie) que de la déco et de son charme général. Des personnes charmantes qui veillent au bien être de leurs hôtes tout en restant discrètes malgré leur proximité.Un seul regret: piscine inutilisable durant notre séjour en raison d'un problème technique en attente d'être solutionné.

Comme a la maison

Location très bien situé ,pour beaucoup de sites a visiter. Très propre et très pratique pour une famille(couple et enfants 3ans puis 1 an).Il y a tout en équipement surtout l'appartement est au calme parfait. Piscine sans vis a vis avec les voisins. Carmen et Tony sont a la fois disponibles et discrets. Ce sont des propriétaires qui pensent au bien être des locataires afin de se sentir a l'aise. Ils savent vous donner conseils et avis sur leur région qu'ils connaissent très bien. Ca se voit qu' ils portent un intérêt a ce que l'on passe de très bonnes vacances. C'est sur on reviendra. merci a Carmen et Tony.

Excellent séjour chez Carmen et Rubio dans une maison très confortable, rénovée avec goût. Propriétaires charmants, toujours prêts à nous renseigner pour découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Carmen et Tony. Accueil chaleureux, gîte confortable où nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Piscine parfaite et nécessaire étant donnée la chaleur caniculaire. Gîte idéalement situé pour découvrir l'Aude et Pyrénées Orientales.

Vacances dans l'Aude

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à ORNAISONS (à 15 kms de NARBONNE) dans une petite maison appartenant à Carmen DIAZ et Tony RUBIO, deux personnes très sympathiques. La maison était impeccable et pourvue de tous les équipements nécessaires (et en parfait état de marche), téléviseur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, grille-pain, etc. Le patio était très appréciable, la piscine était un plus. Rien de négatif dans cette location. De plus, ORNAISONS est très bien situé (à 15 kms de NARBONNE et 30 kms de CARCASSONNE)...

Prettig vakantieverblijf

Aangenaam appartement met veel aanwezige voorzieningen. Schoon en ruim van opzet. Helaas werkte de wifi niet en was het bereik regelmatig erg slecht. Het huis ligt in een klein dorp met 2 bakkers op loopafstand. Het dorp is zeer centraal gelegen in een mooie regio. Een ideaal vertrekpunt om de omgeving te verkennen; de zee, de abdijen, de pittoreske dorpjes, canal du midi, wijngaarden, kastelen van de katharen, de Pyreneeën. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. Wij hebben een prima verblijf en vakantie gehad.

nous avons trouvé facilement , carmen nous a guidé ,nous sommes arrivés chez des personnes chaleureuses, discrètes, le gite très propre et bien équipé, piscine terrasse et barbecue, nous étions ravis. Carmen et Tony nous ont conseillés des endroits à visiter, des plages, des marchés. sans problème nous recommanderions cet endroit à des amis. nous sommes allés manger au kayola à l'entrée d'Ornaison bon rapport qualité/prix. visite de Carcassonne

Beau gîte et des propriétiares sympas

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Ornaisons. Le gîte et très bien equipé et propre. La piscine est très agreable ainsi le patio. Carmen et Tony sont très sympathiques. Hâvre de paix à Ornaisons

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour faire des visites variées (plages, villages fortifiés...). La décoration est soignée, on s'y sent bien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que les espaces extérieurs. Une bonne adresse à conseiller.

Un gîte idéalement placé, bien équipé et très agréable. Le confort est de mise (un gros plus pour la literie), le calme au rendez-vous. L'accueil des propriétaires est discret mais très chaleureux et de bon conseil. Merci Carmen et Tony. Un séjour dans l'Aude à poursuivre
