Roger was punctual, super nice and helpful. The apartment is in a safe area and is close to many of the hotspots in Palermo! Had great food and blast roaming around the city!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Clean, well equipped. My check in was smooth- with a little help from Google Translate. Neighborhood was great for me- a solo woman traveler. I appreciated the nice antiques and artwork and the security of the three locked doors lol. I found the five categories of trash disposal a bit confusing- as I did not cook in the apartment it was no problem. There is only one flight of steps up to the apartment so not a big issue after a long day of walking around lovely Palermo. There were three scented air fresheners but I unplugged them/moved them outside and the place smelled perfect without that help. The balcony was my favorite feature- you look into a courtyard of other balconies so full of life, decoration, wash drying and local character. On my final night I went to a lovely concert at the beautiful Teatro Massimo- a ten minute walk away. I highly recommend it! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful stay!

We were already familiar with this property because we stayed here six years ago. Just like back then, we were once again pleasantly impressed by the warm welcome and the great kindness of the owner. The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with additional comforts. It is centrally located and well served by public transport. Both the historic center and the city center are easily reachable on foot. The area where the apartment is located is fairly quiet, with limited car traffic. We highly recommend this property to other travelers.

In the heart of it all!

Relaxing place to land after a busy day. Very clean; pleasant spaces to eat, sleep, cook, watch TV. Artfully decorated. Ruggero got us a parking place outside the building, which would have been no small trick on our own. We're glad we took his recommendations for restaurants and groceries. Very helpful host.

Wonderful home in the center of Palermo

This house has it all! It is close to the center of the city and within walking distance to major landmarks. The house was in perfect condition, clean and well taken care of. You can see that the owner takes pride in his property. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would recommend this property, if we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour à Palerme

Ruggiero nous a accueillis très aimablement,allant jusqu'à venir nous chercher à l'arrêt de bus ,il nous a aussi emmenés avec sa voiture jusqu'à l'agence de location près du port.L'appartement est spacieux,bien équipé,propre et bien situé:nous avons tout fait à pied,du jardin botanique au château de la Ziza en passant par le château normand les nombreuses églises et les marchés hauts en couleurs.Le mercato capo tout près du logement était bien pratique pour se fournir en caponata,arancini et autres spécialités délicieuses.Si nous retournons un jour à Palerme,ce sera chez Ruggiero! Semaine très agréable à palerme

Appartement très propre, bien situé à 2 pas des quartiers historiques de Palerme avec un accès rapide aux différents transports (métro, bus...). Propriétaire très accueillant et très arrangeant. Le fait qu'il parle le français nous a été bien utile. Encore merci Ruggiero !! Annie et Claude

We spent three weeks in september in this apartment and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is spacious, clean, tasteful and strategically located. Mr Ruggieri is a fantastic host - very helpful and charming.

Beautiful apartment

We can only recommend this apartment to everyone who plans a trip to Palermo and we would definitely book this apartment again. We (2 people) spent 5 nice days in Palermo. The apartment was absolutely as described online. Everything was very clean and important things, such as coffee, detergents, were already available. Supermarkets and the city center can be reached within a few minutes by foot, still the apartment was very quite. Ruggero was a very friendly host, available at every time point via phone, before and during our stay in Palermo. Thank you Ruggero for being such a friendly host and making our stay very enjoyable!

Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à PALERME

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet appartement, il est idéalement situé, près de toutes commodités, propre et bien entretenu, nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation. M. Ruggieri nous à accueilli avec gentillesse malgré notre arrivée très tardive !. Nous adhérons tout à fait aux autres commentaires. Bien sur nous aussi nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Tres bon sejour en couple

Trés jolie petit appartement ! Idéal pour un couple. Le propriétaire des lieux à été très disponnible, agréable et nous a réservé un très bel acceuil ! Et le petit plus il parle français !

Très bon séjour à Palerme

Nous avons passé cinq nuits dans l'appartement de M. RUGGIERI. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Il nous a accueilli à l'arrivée du bus pour nous emmener à l'appartement et nous à raccompagner pour notre départ. Il parle effectivement bien le français. Le logement est propre et très joliment aménagé, dans le cœur de la ville, à proximité des commerces et des transports. Nous recommandons.

Ottima accoglienza

Ho scelto questo appartamento su consiglio di un'amica che vi aveva soggiornato l' estate scorsa.Una breve permanenza di tre giorni con amiche in questo delizioso appartamento situato vicino al Teatro Massimo, in pieno centro, ma in una strada silenziosa.Arredato con gusto ed attenzione ai particolari, pulito e ben organizzato accanto a supermarket e locali. Il sig. Ruggeri, gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha accompagnato all'arrivo ed alla partenza alla fermata del bus per Aeroporto. Un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare questa splendida città, anche per una veloce vacanza come la nostra.

home away from home

Highly Recommended. My friend and I stayed here for a few days. The apartment is very nicely furnished. I found it was much nicer than in the pictures. It really had everything that we needed while we were there, including a washing machine which I desperately needed after travelling for a few weeks. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Furthermore, it's walking distance to a few grocery stores and the owner, provided us with a list with the store hours. Ruggero was very accommodating - he offered to pick us up at the bus stop, even when my friend and I were arriving at separate times. As well as taking us to the bus stop upon our departure.

Sitio perfecto para conocer Palermo

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Es muy cómodo, está renovado recientemente y decorado con un gusto exquisito. Está situado en un lugar óptimo porque aunque es un sitio céntrico es muy tranquilo y tanto el barrio como en el edificio en el que está situado el apartamento están muy bien conservados. Se puede llegar caminando a cualquier punto de interés del casco histórico caminando en, como muchísimo, 15-20 minutos. También está muy cerca de Piazza Independenza de donde sale el autobus para Monreale. En definitiva un lugar ideal para quien quiera conocer la ciudad, que tiene un patrimonio cultural impresionante que va mucho más allá de los, por otra parte merecedores de su fama, mosaicos bizantinos de la Cappella Palatina. Lo aconsejo vivamente. Y es difícil exagerar la disponibilidad, amabilidad y trato inmejorable de Ruggero. Siempre atento para hacete sentir como en tu casa. En resumen, experiencia perfecta. Grazie di tutto Ruggero! Ha fatto che la mia prima esperienza in Sicilia sia stata ottima.

Un séjour très agréable !

Cet appartement dans lequel nous résidions pour une semaine était très bien en tout point. Notre hôte s'est rendu très disponible et est vraiment gentil et de bons conseils ! Ce fut un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances. Palerme est une ville superbe et l'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout (que ce soit pour visiter ou se divertir). Les transports plutôt simples dans la ville, se trouvent non loin de ce lieu de résidence. Nous vous conseillons vivement d'opter pour ce quartier et cet appartement que nous avions plaisir de retrouver le soir.
