Recent villa with high end equipment. 3 terraces equipped with tables and chairs and armchairs. Large covered summer dining room, equipped with a sink and a plancha. The calm and unspoiled beach is a 1-minute walk away. Even in the height of summer it is not crowded. Every evening magnificent sunset over the sea, facing the terrace.
