About this property

The house was built in 1920 and completely renovated in 2007. It's located in the heart of Bend's premiere historic district. Great for family vacations. One block to Drake Park, walk downtown in 5 minutes, and the Old Mill in 15 minutes. This 4000 square foot house is nicely equipped! High end kitchen appliances, home theater, large master bedroom with a gas fireplace on the main floor. The main level is a fairly open concept. The kitchen nook provides the perfect place for everyone to gather in the kitchen.

Amazing house in an amazing location

This property exceeded our expectations. Our group was in town for a conference and chose to stay together in a house instead of separate hotel rooms for team building and camaraderie reasons. This was quite the successful experience staying here. Easy walking to restaurants in the downtown area for dinner, and easy access to the river trail to walk to the conference venue. With a tight conference schedule, we were unable to fully enjoy all of the amenities, such as the hot tub and theater room, but appreciated their availability.

Perfect “Grooms Family” home!

My son had a destination wedding in Bend, and we found the perfect place to call home for the week. Hot Tub, Gas fire pit, and full theatre room in this spacious four bedroom home. It’s a seconds walk to the river and 5 min walk to downtown.

Bend visits

This is a very nice property. - clean and well maintained - that has an excellent location for walking to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. It was big enough for a large family. Parking for one car is easy.
