The fully covered deck is accessible from the great room and the master suite. The deck has a built in gas grill and electric ceiling heaters. Make your way to the lower level where you will find a family room equipped with its own TV and sectional sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the lower family room are two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level has a private covered patio that overlooks the park and river. Travel up to the upper level and take in the most perfect space for kids, teens or adults! This space has its own gathering area with a sectional sleeper sofa and a TV set up perfect for gaming. The 400 sq ft bunk room has 2 sets of double over double bunks while still having plenty of space to spread out. The upper level has its own private bathroom. A mere 300 feet away is the epic Deschutes River. Not only perfectly located in the hub of Bend's outdoor wonderland, WoodRiver House exudes luxury, comfort, and convenience. Glide effortlessly under the Old Mill footbridge, past the Schwab amphitheater, all the way to Drake Park and downtown Bend if you choose. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the elevated deck or lower level patio. Tomorrow, you can step out your door and pick up the Deschutes River trail for any number of hiking options. Enjoy a concert and walk back in the cool desert evening. Shop at The Old Mill and decide among several great choices for dinner. Or walk a few minutes more and check out the brew pubs, bakeries, food carts, and coffee shops.

Bike downtown in minutes without breaking a sweat. There you have blocks of boutiques, restaurants, and a great chance to enjoy one of the many festivals going on year round.

In the winter, Reed Market Rd drops you off at Century Drive and you are on the lift in less than 30 minutes. Or quicker still, you and the kids can enjoy one of the Sno-Parks en route.
