Located on the 1st floor of a detached house, 80m from the sea, the owners welcome you to this peaceful and relaxing place.

The independent apartment from the rest of the property is composed as follows:

- a large fitted kitchen / living room: hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, plancha.

- a master bedroom with a double bed and a large storage cupboard with wardrobe.

- a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a cot and a storage cupboard with wardrobe.

- a bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and a washing machine.

- a separate toilet

In front of the picture windows in the living room you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with a view of the garden. Facing south, and sheltered by vegetation, the latter is equipped with a garden furniture, an electric blind and deckchairs.

The spacious, pleasant and bright apartment will satisfy your desire for rest and calm.

Access to the sea is by footpath in less than 2 minutes.

The village and its many shops is accessible 800m. Tuesday and Friday morning market.

If you like hiking, the apartment is located at the start of many coastal paths.

Enclosed parking will allow you to park your car safely.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden

Die Vermieter sind überaus nett. Sie helfen und geben Tipps. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - in einer Sackgasse und nur 200 m zu Fuß entfernt von dem Weg bzw. der ruhigen Straße entlang des Meeres. Da dort kein Durchgangsverkehr ist, ist es insgesamt ruhig. Man hört den Kuckuck und nicht Autos. Die Vermieter sind hilfreich und äußerst nett.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien agencé, très propre. Il est proche d'une petite plage, on peut y aller a pied facilement. Il est très bien situé pour pouvoir visiter les alentours (Vannes, Auray, ile aux moines, ile d'Arz,...). On peut aussi aller à pied au centre d'Arradon. Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, um die Gegend um den Golf von Morbihan zu erkunden. Netter Empfang, man darf nur nicht vergessen, eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen, da es sonst extra kostet. Die mangelhafte Ausstattung mit funktionstüchtigen Utensilien (Staubsauger hat nicht gesaugt etc) macht es schwierig, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Abgesehen davon ein schönes Haus und eine sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich trotz der Sprachbarriere Mühe gegeben hat, mit uns zu kommunizieren.

Die Ausstattung in der gesamten Küche müsste erneuert werden. Sammelsurium von Besteck, Tassen. Pfannen total verkratzt. Handtücher: furchtbar. Ehebetten knarzten und wackelten. Einzelberatung: Matratze passt nicht ins Gestell. Bei Windzug öffneten sich die geschlossenen Türen. Spüle nicht appetitlich. Zu alt. Erst nach Aufforderung bekamen wir zwei gleiche Liegen. Der Balkon war schön groß, aber das Mobiliar war das billigste vom billigen. Ich würde es keinem. Bekannten empfehlen!

Ein sehr guter Platz für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir hatten im Juni zwei sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Die Lage ist für den Urlaub ein Traum; auch im Hinblick auf viele Aktivitäten und Unternehmungen. Wir konnten jede Mahlzeit auf der Dachterrassse einnehmen. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Der Blick in den Garten und auch in die anderen Gärten ist einfach herrlich. Das Wetter war recht warm. Die Wohnung hat sich nicht aufgeheizt dank der Rollläden, der großen Markise und der moderneren Bausubstanz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ganz lieben Dank auch für den „Shuttle-Service“ für unsere beiden Töchter am Abreisetag.

Sehr nette Vermieter, super ruhige Lage, ein entspannter Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit kleinen Abstrichen, womit man aber zurecht kommen kann. Besonders hat uns die schöne Terrasse gefallen.

Parfait!

Le logement est très bien et très propre. La vue sur un petit coin de mer et surtout un jardin superbement arboré est très agréable. L'appartement est au premier étage mais nous y avons été très tranquilles et au calme. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute. La région est magnifique et l'une des plus belles vues du secteur est la mer qui se trouve à trois minutes à pied. Bref, un excellent séjour où nous recommandons aussi bien la location que la région. Dernier point positif, il n'y a pas un seul moustique donc le soir on peut traîner dehors! Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs indications sur les ballades et coins à visiter.

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We had to ask for help with the wifi & washing machine, but that was sorted quickly and both worked fine. We are still eating Maryvonne's gift of apples!
