Our condo was completely renovated in January 2021!
Arrowhead Village is a private, gated residential resort community offering members only amenities. Our two bedroom condominium is part of an elegant enclave of exclusive condominiums at the base of Arrowhead Mountain. Enjoy North America's only village to village ski experience which connects Arrowhead mountain to Beaver Creek resorts through Bachelor Gulch.

You can ski from Arrowhead to Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek and return by day's end to for a refreshing swim in the heated outdoor lap pool, relax in one of the jacuzzis, and then have a glass of merlot in front of your fireplace. The pool is open all year and there is pool side restaurant service in the summer.

Our tastefully appointed, second-floor condominium is bright, spacious, and cozy. The master has a King bed, TV, and jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed (double on the bottom and twin on top) and a twin bed (sleeps four total). There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Our unit is in excellent condition (built in 1998) and beautifully remodeled. Our huge picture window overlooks the creek. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck.

Step out the back door and you're a minutes walk to the ski lift and pool. Step out the front door and walk to your first hole at the Country Club of the Rockies Golf Course. If there is still snow on the course, grab your cross country skis or snowshoes. If you would like, you can arrange for a horse drawn sleigh ride instead. In the summer, the kids can swim, play at the park and then have a barbecue - all located in the village, walking distance from the condominium. FREE WIRELESS IS AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO.

Once you arrive to our condominium, you can leave your car in our secured, heated, underground parking lot. You are within walking distance of two restaurants - Vista at the Country Club of the Rockies or the Broken Arrow at the base of the mountain. There is a free shuttle to and from Beaver Creek Village.

If you prefer to explore, two miles west is the town of Edwards which has many dining options to choose from as well as a lively nightlife. Edwards has become the new 'hip' place to hang out for locals and tourists. Check out their interesting boutiques or catch a movie. Arrowhead is a delightful get-away from the hustle and bustle of Vail. Arrowhead is easily accessed from Vail (15 minutes) or the Eagle Airport (40 minutes.)
Note-The opening of the Arrowhead ski lift is snow dependent. It's always open by Christmas day (unless there is a severe draught.) If you book before Christmas, it may not be open but Beaver Creek most always is.

Perfect ski in/ski out at Beaver Creek

Less than 100 yard walk to the lift, owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions, very clean and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to ski at Beaver Creek, the west side of the resort had great, open runs and was much less busy than the other areas when we were there.

Great mountain vacation!

As advertised and as commented in the other reviews this is an amazing location for a family ski trip! The host was very responsive and made our first trip to the area a breeze. The lift was 100 feet from the condo door and never got busy. If you are going late season understand that the services in the area will be winding down.

Had a great stay. Room was peaceful and close to the Arrowhead lift. Only complaints would be pillows need to be newer as some are so flat they are pointless. Also not having dial a ride from Arrowhead is a little inconvenient being the village to village shuttle ends at 5:30, however a taxi was easy enough and only $15-20 into town. All in all we had a great stay!!!

Hi Lori, Thanks for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo! I was concerned about the pillows after you mentioned them so I checked with my current renters who checked in the day you checked out. They said the pillows in the master are "fluffy and great" and there are 8 pillows in the guest bedroom that are of varying firmness. I replaced the master pillows recently so I wanted to make sure they were still there and they confirmed they were. Maybe pillows are a personal preference and it varies from guest to guest? There are a lot of options to choose from so I'm sorry you couldn't find one that you liked. I will definitely replace those that are not suitable. As far as the shuttle, you would need your own transport after 5:30PM. I know you didn't have a car and I'm happy to hear you were able to get a cheap cab! Sorry for the inconvenience. Great Location!

The location is the best part of this property. Just minutes from the chairlift, post ski restaurant and bar, Beaver Creek ski rentals, and the community hot tub! The interior has all the basics you need but not much more. If you enjoy music, bring a bluetooth speaker. TVs are small but adequate for watching a movie after a long day on the slopes...the cable service is slow which makes using the remote a bit tedious. The king bed is pretty firm/maybe a bit old and the living room couches have also been around a while. Overall we had a great stay. The owner was super responsive and accommodating.

The location was great. The property was not really updated as stated. It lacked on cleaning supplies and cooking items. Take your own pillows. They were not comfortable. I am waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Thanks

Juanita- your review seems very strange since we just finished (Jan 2020) a complete remodel of the entire condo which included a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and painting throughout. We also bought new furniture, mattresses, linen and even pillows!

Great location - truly walk out and ski!

It was so nice to not have to take a shuttle. It was truly a walk out and ski location. (We have longer walks from the shuttles at ski places to the lift than here.) Also the Arrowhead lift is a great way to start the day because it was never crowded and we never had to wait. The entire family loved the bathtub and shower head in the master bath. Underground parking was great as we didn't have to clear our car. Kitchen was well stocked. Having laundry in the unit is also so convenient. The only suggestion I would make, is for people staying to bring a firestick or other streaming device that plugs into the TV as we are used to streaming and it was not a Smart TV, but we were there to ski, not to watch TV so not really a big deal. Location more than made up for it!

Less than expected

The condo itself is very comfortable but we ran into several issues. This property is advertised as “ski in/ski out”. Unfortunately the lift and slopes at the property were closed while we were there. The only option was to take a very crowded bus to and from the resort. The restaurant Broken Arrow only served grab and go items, not the menu on their website. The Vista restaurant was extremely expensive. There was no access to the pool and the hot tub was not open anyway. The check in instructions did not include the building access code. Also beware that there is no transportation to and from Beaver Creek after 5:30 pm. There is no reliable taxi service in the area (No Lyft or Uber, Ride Taxi left us stranded outside for 1.5 hours, High Mountain Taxi was able to get us home but we were unable to get service the next day).

I'm sorry Stephanie had issues at our condo. Our condo is definitely ski in/out to the Arrowhead lift but it wasn't open during Stephanie's stay because she booked during the early season when lifts can sometimes be closed depending on the snow conditions. The mountain decides when to open the lifts based on the ski conditions and skier traffic and we usually don't know until they make the announcement (usually the day before they open.) Every year the mountain opens on a different date and unfortunately, we can't predict when that will be. The Broken Arrow restaurant serves meals during the high season when the skier traffic is higher. It serves take away before the season is in full swing. During Stephanies stay, the pool was open daily from 12-6PM but the hot tub was closed for 24 hours due to maintenance. Stephanie asked about transportation from Beaver Creek after 5PM and I told her I wasn't aware of anything. (There are shuttles prior to 5PM.) Renters at this property usually rent a car so they can have more options for dining (Edwards and Beaver Creek Village restaurants.) Stephanie didn't rent a car. Check in information is sent by email to the renters personal email address. It does not include the building access code. The code changes monthly so it is sent separately via text or email the week before the renters stay. .

Outstanding ski in/out

Our family really enjoyed this property. It has a perfect location to the slopes. Out the door, walk 100' and you are on the lift. It was perfect for our family of five. Three kids slept in the bunk room. Parents slept in the master. Nice underground parking garage with convenient elevator to room floor. Host was extremely kind and accomodating. HIghly recommended.

Amazing location

This was a wonderful condo in the very private arrowhead area. Literally about 30 steps from the Arrow Bahn lift. Communication with the owner was excellent and we had absolutely no issues. The condo was very comfortable for our family of five. We would definitely stay her again.

Memorial Day Weekend

Great condo for our family of four. Spacious, clean, comfortable and great location for what we needed for the weekend. Pool and hot tub were great too. Huge bathrooms, and loved the sound of the stream and birds in the morning right out the windows. Easy access, lots of things to do nearby - went to Beaver Creek village for the Blues, Brews, and BBQ festival, biked along the river from Edwards to Beaver Creek and back, shopped along the River Walk, had a picnic next to the river, swam at the pool and soaked in the hot tub. Phyllis was great and all the info provided was accurate. Only recommendation would be to update the local info guides/pamphlets for the area...but the internet suffices.

Truly Amazing Condo in a truly Amazing Location

We have never heard of Arrowhead until our recent stay at this condo. It was absolutely AMAZING in every way. You literally walk 100 ft to the chair lift from this condo. Very nicely furnished with access to a super nice hot tub and pool. At Arrowhead you don't have to deal with crowds or lift lines and you can peacefully relax at this beautiful condo. The owner was very helpful and offered great suggestions during our stay. We cannot wait to return to this condo again next year!

A Hidden Jem

Never knew of Arrowhead until our stay in mid January. Easily accommodated our group of 6 and had the best of everything, 50 steps to the chairlift, intermountain trails connecting to Beaver Creek, bar/restaurant just out the door, and a pool and hot tub to massage the tired muscles after a day on the slopes. The owner was easy to work with and the pictures don't do justice to the full laundry and a master bedroom and bath that everyone will be fighting for.

comfort in excellent location

The location is excellent, it is really a 1 minute walk to Arrowhead bahn. I liked the condo, accomodates four adult people easily without restrictions. Parking in the garage combined with spatious elevator and availability of trolleys makes life comfortable. Warm pool and hot tube are also easily accessible. Wifi worked very well, both strong and fast.

Family Ski Vacation

This condo at Arrowhead is fantastic! Really confortable, nicely furnished, super clean and well manteined! The owner is very kind and helpful! Although is really near to lift 17, due to spring dates it was closed, as were some of Beaver Creek's lifts, so we drove to Vail every day, it's only 15 min away! We loved staying here!
