Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile floor, dishwasher. Bathroom has full tub/shower . Spacious closets, private tropical backyard/patio perfect for entertaining or having a morning coffee . Off street PRIVATE driveway parking. Relax on the front porch for late afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Private stairs entrance with small balcony. Sleeps 4. Bedroom has King mattress that can be converted to 2 twins. Living room has slide partition for front room privacy; queen size sofa sleeper with sealy posturpedic mattress.
