ALL INCLUDED except Touristic tax + Deposit+ Electricity (meter) It's included in the price until 50kw x day. If you consume more, you have to pay 0,40€ x extra Kw consumed.
Heating: It's included until 1 line of the gasoil meter (its aprox 100lit. ). If you use more than that we will discount something for the heating.
(Included: cleaning, bed linen, towels for bath and pool, internet wifi, a great amount of heating or air conditioning, wood, also collection or garbage twice a week and maintenance garden and swimming pool)

Touristic tax: 12€ x night Low season (1Nov-30march) //24€ x night High season (1April-31oct)
Deposit: 1.000€ x week (this is to discount the electricity consumed in case you use more than 60kw x day, and possible damages in the house).
Electricity: On arrival we write down the reading of the electricity meter and on departure too. And in case you use more than 50kw x day, then we discount the amount consumed from the deposit and refund the rest. The included amount is enough to use certain amount of air conditioning. However if you use it the whole day or you leave to the beach leaving one of the machines opened, then probably you will consume a lot more than this.

BEFORE ARRIVAL: You have to sign the booking agreement and send a picture of all passports of all people who will sleep at the house. Also everyone has to fill the touristic tax documents.

This house has 6bedroom+6bathrooms.
It is located at 5min from Alaró beautiful village.
There is a Train station at 5min walking from the house. You can use it to visit some villages around without driving, or you can go dinner to some places and return home without driving at night.
There is Internet Wifi included, also Air conditioning, and Heating in Winter (using as explained before).

There is it a big big swimming pool, 2 barbeques, and views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Also it has a solarium above with exterior sofas and chill out place to enjoy of a gintonic looking at the sunset.

WE DON'T RENT IT FOR WEDDINGS OR BIG CELEBRATIONS. ONLY FOR 12PEOPLE.
We don't rent the house to young groups who come for partys or intending to make noise at night. After 00:00a.m it's not possible to play loud music. Minimum age of the person in charge: 25 years old. We can make an exception for careful people under this age if they leave a higher deposit.

DESCRIPTION:
The house has 6double bedrooms and 6bathrooms (three with a bath and three with shower), 1 solarium outside with a shower (hot/cold water). Upstairs there is a suite with a double bed, private terrace, and a bathroom with a bath and mountain views to the Sierra de Tramuntana, Human World Heritage.
Also there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (and bath), a balcon with views to the pool and to the mountains. And also there is an area perfect for children: two smaller bedrooms which share a bathroom. There are 2 individual beds in each of them and direct access to the solarium and swimming pool from one of them.
Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with direct access to the outside. Each one has its own bathroom (with shower). Downstairs there is also the dining room, and a bathroom for visitors, the entrance and a big kitchen with a barbecue inside, perfect for winter.

The finca has got 12.000m2 and the house is in the middle, surrounded by trees and several gardens. There is a very big swimming pool with hamaques and a pergola with shadow, a barbecue in the garden perfect for summer and a very big stone special place near the barbecue to make paellas.

Swimming pool: 10x5x5 meters. And depth: 1meter in the first side 1,5m in the middle and 2meters at the other side. Next to the swimming pool there is a stone shower with cold and hot water.

You can find a lot of fruit trees and a big ping pong in the finca.
Also there is a beautiful night lights.
