Lovely break

Our group of 6 adults and 5 young children thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Communication throughout was superb, the house and pool were lovely and well kept, location central for getting to any part of the island. Recommend!

Cycling mecca

Wonderful property for our extended family of 12. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms were perfect. Great location for cycling and walking distance to the train station. The first night a neighbor had a noisy party until 3 am but no issues after that. The pool was fantastic. Be sure to read and follow the house rules.

Perfect Villa for a Workation

This villa was base for a workation for 5 of my employees. They enjoyed it very much and were full of overwhelming feedback. Only con is that the internet connection is not suitable for 5 people working with Zoom and Co. But the villa is even better than the images suggest

A beautiful finca in the wine region of Mallorca

Absolutely beautiful, clean, well being looked after property. The house itself is very big and offers enough space for a big group. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and had all the possible equipment you might need for your stay. The pool and the garden were in a perfect condition, clean and very well looked after. You can see that everythig was done with alot of care and love for the guests. We had a very nice stay at the finca, Agnes was a perfect host and we can really recommend this house to all who want to have a great vacation on the island!

such a joy!

We had such a great time! We rented the house for a work team event, it was perfect! The garden is beautiful and the house specious. All is really well taken care of. The communication with the host was outstanding! Agnès answered all our questions really fast and helped us out when there where unplanned issues. We really appreciated it! We can't thank her enough and all 10 of us would like to return some time to this great place!

Hôte très disponible. Maison agréable avec sa grande piscine et son jardin très bien entretenus. Proche des montagnes pour vélo de route et escalade. Proche de la gare pour se rendre à Palma.

Perfekt!

Das Objekt ist tatsächlich viel schöner als auf den Bildern - sehr geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist klasse gewesen: offene Kommunikation und kurze Antwortzeiten. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, sind leider die Betten (vielleicht haben wir aber auch einfach einen anderen Standart). Also rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Anwesen!

Amazing house, location and great host

Spent time with a number of friends in this lovely house. A truly authentic house, equipped with all comforts, lovingly renovated and maintained by the owner. In the morning a few oranges from the tree and squeeze for breakfast, it can't get any better. The owner is extremely hospitable and does everything to ensure you have a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Familienurlaub auf dem Land

Mit unserer Familie, 11 Personen zwischen 13 und 76 Jahren, konnten wir nach langer Planung, durch Corona bedingt mehrfach verschoben, unsere Reise antreten. Agnes hat uns sehr gut bei der mehrfachen Terminverschiebung begleitet. Dafür herzlichen Dank. Die Finca liegt in verkehrsgünstig guter Lage, absolut ruhig und mit wundervollen Ausblicken. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Der Außenbereich mit dem schön angelegten Garten, Pool und Grill runden das Ganze ab. Heizung oder Klimaanlage wurden wegen des schönen Wetters nicht genutzt. Die ganze Familie hat die Tage auf der Finca als wiederholenswert eingestuft.

Wonderful - couldn't be better!

We were a party of ten, being four generations of the same family, and from the moment we booked the property the communication with Lorenzo and his daughter Agnès could not be faulted. The help and information provided were fist class. The property was ideal for our needs and was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, with plenty of room to enable everyone to have their own space if needed. The pool was a big draw and very well used. The grounds were a credit to Lorenzo and his team. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. We hope to be back.

Schön gelegene Finca mit viel Platz

Wir hatten die Finca im Herbst für 9 Nächte gebucht. Lorenzo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vorteil der Finca ist, dass fast jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Die Feuerstellen im Freien haben wir abends wegen der Kälte Anfang November nicht genutzt. Das ist aber kein Problem: in der Küche gibt es eine offene Feuerstelle. Das Grillen mit dem Mandelholz liefert sensationelle Ergebnisse (Lomos). Auch die Zubereitung der Paella auf dem großen Gasherd war kein Problem. Die Finca kann bei Bedarf geheizt werden, was aber nur im Winter notwendig ist. Wir möchten Lorenzo für seine Gastfreundschaft und schnelle Hilfe danken. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal diese schöne Finca gemietet haben! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Grosses Haus mit allem was man als Gruppe braucht

Wir waren als Radgruppe im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Bäder, ein tolles Grundstück und ein herzlicher Vermieter. Er wollte zur Bergüßung Wein mit uns trinken was wir als Radsportler leider ablehnen musten. Wir wollen in zwei Jahren wieder kommen.

Fantastic villa, with an amazing pool and stunning views

We were a party of ten people-4 adults and 6 children and we were very impressed with this villa. It is nice and spacious with clean and modern bathrooms. The outside area was large and self contained, with an amazing swimming pool. The area was peaceful but you are only a short drive away from Consell and Inca where you can find supermarkets for your provisions. Also you are not too far away from the main motorway that runs from Palma to Alcudia on the east coast, so it felt like an ideal base to explore all areas of the island.

Excellent

The moment we walked through the door, we knew the house was exactly what we were hoping for. We were a group of 5 dads and 9 daughters away for a long weekend. The finca has many interesting features, history and art and a few cats as well! Perfect setup for a group of people with great social spaces, inside and out. Good ratio of bathrooms to guests and great to have the train station in walking distance. This place is relaxed and unpretentious and a true reflection of rural Mallorcan life. Highly recommended.

Kleines Paradies

Die Beschreibung der Finca ist absolut zutreffend- unsere Erwartungen wurden eher noch übertroffen. Lorenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und herzlicher Gastgeber, die Finca und der Garten sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand - die Aussicht auf die Tramuntana ist wunderschön. Wir werden gerne einmal wiederkommen...

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es bietet viel Platz, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es war sehr sauber, auch der Pool ist toll und gut gewartet. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Perfekter Familien-Rennrad Urlaub mit 11 Personen

Die Anlage ist wundervoll gelegen und sehr genau beschrieben. Sehr großzügige, sehr saubere und liebevoll gepflegte Finca. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich sehr um uns und brachte sogar noch ein Dreirad für unseren Kleinsten :-) Toller Pool und eine Menge Aktivitäten (Tischtennis, Dart, 2 Mountainbikes mit Helm) Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb von Consell sehr ruhig. Nach Palm ist eine Zugverbindung direkt um die Ecke und nach Alcudia sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Unserer Rennradler konnten in 20 Minuten in Bunyola sein und zum Randa sind es auch nur 20km, ein perfektes Rad-Basislager. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Besser geht es nicht !

Ein wunderbares Haus mit Seele und Charakter, in dem es an nichts fehlt ! Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Freunden und alle haben es gleichermaßen genossen. Die Eigentümer sind absolut reizend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ! Vielen Dank Agnès und Lorenzo !

Wonderful house in Consell

This is a very beautiful house and garden in Consell, Mallorca. Only five minutes from the train station where the train to Palma or Alcudia goes. The garden has many lemon, orange and almond trees. There is also a large swimmingpool and a grill. Very comfortable house perfect for up to twelve people, tastefully decorated and really makes you feel at home. The owner and his daughter were most helpful in giving us the most perfect stay.
