Wonderful time in Filitosa and surroundings

We spent 10 amazing days visiting southern Corsica whilst staying at Bernadette's. She was a very good and very helpful host and gave us quite a few tips on where to go and what to do. It's a great base to visit the region from and only a few minutes from the first beaches by car. We highly recommend staying there and hope to back again soon!

Real nice villa , all facilities are there. In the middle of the beautiful area of Filitosa, not far from the sea and close to Propriano. Great place to stay with a bunch of people. Barbecue possible. Only the internet is sometimes not too good

Appartamento in campagna in prossimità delle spiagge

Localizzato presso il borgo di Filitosa, l'appartamento è spazioso e molto confortevole per un soggiorno anche di lunga durata, immerso nella quiete e facilmente accessibile. Lo spazio esterno è ben tenuto e fruibile con l'ombra. La posizione è buona per visitare le spiagge del golfo del Valinco: la spiaggia più vicina, presso la foce del Taravu, si trova a pochi minuti di auto e con pochi minuti in più si possono raggiungere altre magnifiche spiagge e località.

Hatten etwas anderes erwartet

Eine große und funktional gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einigen toten Mücken an den Wänden. Aus der Dusche kommt wenig Wasser, der Abfluss neigt zur Verstopfung. Die Vermieterin war mit dem Problem vertraut und hat mit Rohrfix geholfen. Es fehlen Insektengitter vor Fenster und Türen, sodass diese meistens geschlossen gehalten werden müssen. Der Außenbereich ist etwas lieblos (vertrockneter Garten, Zigarettenkippen im Gras) und es gibt nur wenig, unbequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten (aber Sonnenliegen). Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist. Das Grundstück ist zwar eingezäunt, aber das Tor steht immer offen. Wurde u.a. von einer dritten Partei, die über der Ferienwohnung wohnt, so gefordert. Dass noch eine dritte Partei direkt über der Ferienwohnung wohnt ist für uns nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgegangen und hat uns (negativ) überrascht. Direkt neben dem Grundstück weiden Kühe und Esel, es gibt viele Wildschweine und Füchse. Das offene Tor war für uns deshalb ein Problem. Die Umgebung im Radius von 30 min eignet sich kaum für Wanderungen oder Spaziergängen mit Hunden. Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war überraschend distanziert, unpersönlich und wenig herzlich.

Je suis désolée que votre séjour n'est pas été agréable . J'apprends vos remarques dans ce message et je regrette que vous ne m'en ayez pas parlé pendant le séjour. Je me serais fait un plaisir de vous aider( il y a des solutions pour les moustiques et il y a de nombreuses randonnées pas loin de la maison !) Pour la porte ouverte de la propriété, c'est vrai que les renards et les sangliers corses qui sont de petites tailles passent sous les clôtures et que cela n'aurait rien changé . Je m'occupe de régler cette question dans le cadre de la copropriété, merci de me l'avoir signalé. Salutations cordiales.

Großzügige, durchdachte Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

In einer kleinen, ruhigen Ortschaft, 10 Minuten zum Strand und Supermarkt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Pool gab's leider nicht. Wegen der dicken Steinmauern reichten die Ventilatoren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr grosszügiges Apartment

Das Apartment ist bei einer Belegung von 4 Personen, sehr grosszügig. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt muss man das Bad und das WC nennen. Insbesondere die Dusche hat nicht das Niveau des restlichen Apartments. Wir hatten jedoch den Eindruck, das Renovierungsarbeiten regelmäßig durchgeführt werden. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Strandurlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 8 km vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist gut zu erreichen und reagiert schnell und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison ist sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung von Bernadette liegt ruhig gelegen in Filitosa. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen, schönen Garten. In 5min zu Fuß erreicht man die Ausgrabungsstätte Filitosa, welche auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Mit dem Auto braucht man zur nächsten Bäckerei/Restaurant/Strand ca. 10min. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist erst in der Nähe von Propriano (ca. 25min) zu erreichen. 2 kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe (Porto Pollo). Die Kommunikation mit Bernadette funktionierte trotz unseren mangelnden Sprachkenntnissen gut. Bernadette wohnt nebenan, dennoch könnte man meinen man sei alleine auf dem Anwesen.

Le calme à quelques km des plages

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de ce gîte spacieux et très bien situé à quelques km des plages. notre petit fils a bien profité du grand jardin et aimer la proximité des chevaux ânes et des vaches avec leur petit. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande volontiers. Chantal août 2020

geräumige Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Erkundungen der südlichen Region Korsikas.Wir hatten es zu unserer Zeit im Oktober total ruhig, obwohl eine Straße vorbeiführt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und WLAN ist verfügbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, trotz fehlender französisch Kenntnisse konnten wir uns gut mit ihr verständigen.

Tolle Umgebung, tolle Landschaft (Filitosa, Taravo Tal), Meer mit traumhaften Stränden in 10 min Autoentfernung, hübsches Hafenstädtchen Porto Pollo mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöne Ausflüge nach Sartene, Propriano und in die Täler/Hinterland möglich.
