2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo - Base Area - Three Seasons

This 3rd floor(no elevator access), 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen has a separate living area featuring comfortable seating and flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center (Bluetooth enabled stereo receiver). WiFi is available throughout condo unit. Indoor pool and hot tub!!

Upgraded Internet! Great for working from "home" and streaming your favorite shows in the evening!

With a queen size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom and a new pullout sleeper sofa with Memory Foam mattress in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 6, but is most comfortable with 4. Enjoy the full size balcony off the kitchen/dining area. The large, furnished central atrium provides a relaxing space for a cup of coffee with friends or a common meeting area to plan the day's events.

Just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the base area. This condo is located on the bus line that offers free shuttle service to the base area and downtown Crested Butte with its diverse restaurants and charming shops. Shuttles run regularly from the bus stop just outside the north door of The Three Seasons.

Clean and everything we needed for a family ski trip! The shuttle that stops right in front of the condo is very convenient and frequent. It’s old but well kept and clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Oh and the kids liked the indoor pool!

Everything was as expected and entirely sufficient for our stay. Had a wonderful time. Small thing that isn’t often found in properties is a crockpot! Makes those dinners after skiing super simple!

Cozy condo in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the base of the mountain and a bus stop very close. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony is wonderful! When we return, we will look to reserve here again.

The check in process was very easy and the owner/ manager very responsive. The apartment was within walking distance to the ski resort which we loved! The apartment was clean and cozy, just perfect for a family of 4 with two bathrooms and kids sleeping in their own beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Fall weekend in Crested Butte

Cozy, quiet and comfortable. Easy to find, easy to enter. It felt homey. Though very clean, some furnishings need updating. We felt at home & enjoyed our stay. Crested Butte in September is gorgeous!

Our first visit to CB couldn’t have gone better. With over a foot of fresh powder the skiing was epic, and then to come back to a cozy condo was so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

Affordable condo with convenient access to ski resort

We loved our time staying in Crested Butte and snowboarding for two full days. We walked over the lifts both days, which took about 10-12 minutes. The condo had enough beds for 5 of us. Some of the furniture and carpet is dated, but for the convenience and price it was well worth the stay.

Nice stay in crested Butte

We had a good time. We came for the wildflowers but were disappointed. We might have been too late. The facility was a bit disappointing. The pool was empty and the hot wasn’t open. The air circulation in the unit doesn’t allow much fresh air to come in. Consequently it gets warm and it’s hard to cool down in the evening. The ceiling fans help but the bedrooms don’t get much, if any, fresh air. Although we didn’t watch much TV the system worked well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit is very quiet and we had no trouble with any of the appliances.

Cozy ski condo

The condo was very clean! Literally steps away from free bus that takes you to the lifts or to town. The condo building does NOT have an elevator but there is a luggage lift located by the pool. The heated pool was clean and the hot tub was really nice after the long days skiing. The foosball table in the basement area was so fun!! We played for hours while we did our laundry. 3 per load to wash and 1 to dry. New nice clean machines but bring quarters!!! The app pay wasn’t working. Condo has 2 nice full bathrooms with shower/bathtub and towels. Twin beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was fine for the kids. The queen bed was ok but leaned a bit to one side. It wasn’t the worst and we actually slept just fine. Both bedrooms have big closets and there are a few drawers to unpack your stuff. Both rooms have long wall benches which are great to store ski gear, snow boots or whatever.The kitchen is tight but perfect for vacation. Full-size Fridg, oven and dishwasher. Lots of plates, cups, and eating utensils. We cooked every night for a family of 6 and it was good. Only thing missing was a hand mixer. Nice size kitchen table which we used every night for a games. The living room is tight for 6 people to hang out in so we had some of the teens sit on the floor in front of the fireplace while we watched tv. The outside patio is nice and has amazing views! Overall we had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family ski vacation needs.

winter stay

Booked this based on price - expected for what we paid. The condo complex is dated and relatively well maintained. The location is great for access to Mt. Crested Butte - walkable to the lifts (10-15 minutes with children and gear) and right on the shuttle route if you don't want to walk. There is a regular and free shuttle from the mountain to CB town - nice to have access to shops/restaurants without having to drive. The condo complex has an indoor pool that was open and moderately warm and a hot tub with an amazing view of the mountains. **Open as of Feb 21 despite COVID.** The game room/fitness center was limited - only a punching bag and two spin-type bikes for working out and the game room had pool, ping-pong, and fuss ball table - never figured out where/how to get balls. The condo itself felt a little dingy - thank goodness for the "fresh air to bedrooms" button to reduce the musty smell. The kitchen was well equipped however, in COVID times not sure that leaving condiments or unfinished food for the next guest is really appropriate. Beds were OK, pillows were lumpy and seemed old (an old pillow is absorbing your body oil, dead skin cells, and hair over time, and it might even turn into an environment for dust mites to grow, according to the National Sleep Foundation). Positive: location and ability to stay and not use your car Price Improves: cleanliness or the feeling of cleanliness

The condo complex and the unit are both dated as advertised in the pictures but everything was very clean and functional. Noah was very responsive and kind when I made a mistake with the check in process. One suggestion would be to install a swing lock on the door. We didn't feel like it was secure to have young kids sleeping in the twin bed room without a bolt or lock other than the electronic one.

We overall had a good experience at the condo. First impression of the property led us to question the reservation as there was an appliance setting outside and several items of repair needed to the exterior. We were relieved when we opened the door and found the condo to be clean and not in disrepair.

Good location. A bit inconvenient if on the second or third floors as there is no elevator. Pool and hot tub were not cleaned or running the 2 nites we were there so not sure if or when they are open.

I retired from nursing in 2015 and I wanted to have a place my family could get together and enjoy all that the Crested Butte area offers... skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cruiser biking, hiking, fishing, walks through the wildflowers and just relaxing -- my favorite! My family has enjoyed the small-town feel of Crested Butte, the great people, and the many adventures within minutes of the condo. This condo is a base from which to enjoy the great outdoors! Located in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte, just off Gothic Rd, The Three Seasons presents easy access to all that this area offers. In the winter you are minutes from the base. In the summer, some of the best mountain biking in the state of Colorado surround you. Fall aspens with their golden glow - summer wildflowers - mountain lakes - winding rivers - stunning 360 views.

Crested Butte is a year-round experience. Winter fun, summer flowers, hiking, world famous fishing and mountain biking!! The Three Seasons is unique with its indoor heated pool and large atrium.
