2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo - Base Area - Three Seasons

This 3rd floor(no elevator access), 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen has a separate living area featuring comfortable seating and flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center (Bluetooth enabled stereo receiver). WiFi is available throughout condo unit. Indoor pool and hot tub!!

Upgraded Internet! Great for working from "home" and streaming your favorite shows in the evening!

With a queen size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom and a new pullout sleeper sofa with Memory Foam mattress in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 6, but is most comfortable with 4. Enjoy the full size balcony off the kitchen/dining area. The large, furnished central atrium provides a relaxing space for a cup of coffee with friends or a common meeting area to plan the day's events.

Just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the base area. This condo is located on the bus line that offers free shuttle service to the base area and downtown Crested Butte with its diverse restaurants and charming shops. Shuttles run regularly from the bus stop just outside the north door of The Three Seasons.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. Easy shuttle access to Mountain Wedding Garden and town. Pool and hot tub were in great shape and we were the only ones using either. Rooms were able to be completely dark. Patio had a great view and we were able to figure out how to cool off the condo with the house fan. Really appreciated having some board games and Roku for down time. Noah and Carol were very clear with communication and responded quickly. Definitely hope this is available for any future visits to Crested Butte!

The rooms were very dark and cramped, entire place needs to be updated. No air flow even with windows wide open and cool outside. I honestly have not stayed in this outdated a VRBO for over 15 years. It was satisfactory but that was about it! I certainly would not want to spend more than 1 night there

We believe the pictures we provide of the condo are a great representation of what you will find when you arrive and have many great reviews over the last 13 years. We do not try to hide that there are some things that need updating, however, in the last 5 years, we have installed new tile flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways, new vanity tops in the bathrooms and updated the lighting in the kitchen and living room area. The dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator are new. As for air circulation, we encourage guests to read the arrival information as well as check out the Welcome Guide on the VRBO app for helpful information and suggestions. The condo is equipped with a ducted ventilation system that provides fresh air from outside directly to both bedrooms. In the arrival information you will find that the switch to turn on the ventilation to the rooms is to the right of the sliding door to the deck. We also provide two fans for guests to use. As always, we encourage guests to give us a call when encountering any problems or have any questions. We take guests reviews seriously and will strive to make stays as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. Thank you for your input.

Nice condo convenient to the slopes. Perfect for a family of four. Lovely hot tub to rest your legs after a full day of activity. Crested Butte is a lovely town with the most spectacular views. We will be back.

The condo was nice and the host was responsive. One issue that I found was we needed parking passes that were supposed to be readily available when we checked in, but they were missing. The host responded quickly and we were able to get the passes before we got a parking ticket. If I were to nitpick, the only other thing that stood out to me was that the dishwasher was not emptied when we got there and the host requested us to fill the dishwasher before we left, so we had to empty it before reloading it. Over all it was a good condo and I would stay there again.

Solid Choice

We enjoyed our stay. Roku tv guest mode made it easy to use our own streaming services in the evening (also played scrabble with my 13yo every night). Location is fantastic for many hikes in the area. Hot tub and pool were fantastic for adults and kids after a day out exploring. Just ten minutes to town for dining. Host was available quickly when needed (nothing major). Would stay again and loved our time in Crested Butte!

Great condo in Crested Butte

We stayed in CB for a wedding and loved the location of this condo - a five minute drive to downtown and close to the resort and hiking trails. It was also very well furnished with everything you would need for your stay. I would highly recommend it!

I retired from nursing in 2015 and I wanted to have a place my family could get together and enjoy all that the Crested Butte area offers... skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cruiser biking, hiking, fishing, walks through the wildflowers and just relaxing -- my favorite! My family has enjoyed the small-town feel of Crested Butte, the great people, and the many adventures within minutes of the condo. Why they chose this property

This condo is a base from which to enjoy the great outdoors! Located in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte, just off Gothic Rd, The Three Seasons presents easy access to all that this area offers. In the winter you are minutes from the base. In the summer, some of the best mountain biking in the state of Colorado surround you. Fall aspens with their golden glow - summer wildflowers - mountain lakes - winding rivers - stunning 360 views.

What makes this property unique

Crested Butte is a year-round experience. Winter fun, summer flowers, hiking, world famous fishing and mountain biking!! The Three Seasons is unique with its indoor heated pool and large atrium. After a long day out on the slopes or miles on the trails, the controlled indoor environment allows parents to relax and the children to use up that last bit of energy in the pool or hot tub.
