Cosy beach apartment with well equipped kitchen. New bathroom, nice coastal decorations. The beach is a 10 minute walk. There is a lovely bakery nearby. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Nice property in a good location, access to the nearest beach was within 10 minutes walking distance

The apartment was well equipped and numerous items were available for the cleaning and up-keep, these were provided by the owner at no cost. It’s location was good, being only a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and once accessed, the ability to walk for miles in either direction is easy and the promenade has access to various beaches and excellent bars and restaurants. Communications with the owners was easy and to meet them was a joy, thank you.

Nous avons apprécié ce logement clair, situé dans un quartier agréable et aéré. Le séjour est vaste et joliment meublé. Un point faible pour les sanitaires assez étriqués. Pour 2 cela allait, mais à 6, cela doit être un peu court tout de même. L'extérieur permet de prendre les repas dehors; Les contacts téléphoniques avec le propriétaire ont été chaleureux.

On a passé une très bonne semaine, le chemin pour aller à la plage est ombragé et ce n'est pas loin et plein de livres à disposition dans la location pour donner des idées de visites. La location est propre et bien équipée. Il manquerait peut être un petit égouttoir à vaisselle.

Agréable séjour à arcachon

Le logement était assez spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes+ 2 ados) la terrasse est ombragée une grande partie de la journée c’est un plus lorsqu’il fait chaud. Le Logement est bien placé : pistes cyclables à proximité, plage à 5 minutes à pieds, petits commerces non loin. Petit bémol : la route adjacente un peu passante, isoler la terrasse de l’entrée des voisins et du vis à vis de la route ( brise vue, haie végétalisée…) rendrait l’ensemble très agréable.

Échanges agréables avec le propriétaire avant de partir. Confiance réciproque. Accueil agréable par des membres de la famille. Location bien aménagée, cuisine bien équipée (four, plaque induction, cafetière,lave vaisselle et lave linge, beaucoup de vaisselle...). Manque juste un grille pain . Extérieur : voisins,route peu fréquentée en avril, belle bâtisse des sources des abatilles en face . Commerces pas loin,nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans la propriété et tout faire à vélo.

Très bonne semaine de vacances à 5. L'accès à pied (10 min) à la plage par un chemin ombragé est très appréciable. L'accès au centre ville à pied ( un peu plus long) est également possible même avec des enfants. Le logement est bien équipé (vaisselle, électroménager...). Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de soucis. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Accueil très sympathique par la famille .. Le propriétaire très réactif pour venir de loin réinitialiser les chaines télé... Logement spacieux clair très agréable . Tout en face l’ embouteillage des eaux abbatilles et circulation de la départementale ne favorisent pas le grand calme.... toutefois acceptable pour qui réside déjà dans d autres villes. Stationnement facile devant le portail de la maison ou dans l enclos bétonné. Fils d étendage du linge très facile et appréciable

Appartement situé dans un quartier calme. L’accès à la plage se fait par un petit chemin ombragé très agréable. Tous les commerces, le centre d’Arcachon et même la dune du Pilat sont facilement accessibles à vélo. L’accueil par les propriétaires est chaleureux.

Comme annoncé l'appartement est à 10 minutes de la plage à pied; on s'y rend par un petit chemin boisé c'est très agréable. Le centre d'arcachon n'est pas loin non plus. Nous le recommandons pour sa situation!

Beau séjour dans le bassin d'Arcachon

L'appartement est spacieux et bien placé entre le quartier du Moulleau ( 20 min à pieds ) et le centre ville d'Arcachon ( 40 min à pieds). La plage Pereire est à 10 min à pieds via un joli chemin en sous-bois. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre promenade à pieds, en vélo et en bateau.
